hey, not trying to be a downer or anthing. Just trying to help out. :) if you want someone really good to look at your deck and help you improve it, then ask surewhynot to take a look at it.

What is the core of the deck? what is the focus? It has a ton more land than it needs and a lot of single cards, which can do one of two things to a deck: Make it more flexible against extraction by giving more card variance (different cards that do the same thing) or weaken it by trying to have to many win conditions and not enough oomph to pull them off. You have a lot of really good cards, but you need to focus them more around each other. an overall theme helps a deck run smoother, faster, and more powerful. This deck has potential if you trim it down to 60-70 cards and only about 20-25 lands. which gives you more room for focusing the deck instead of having a million back up plans.
"we want... A SHRUBBERY!!!!!!!" very cool deck. :) love the dusk night, overpowered card. :) great theme. :) It gets my like for that, and the refence. :)
Tell you what, I will do that. I will test it. You should have surewhynot look at it and see what he thinks.
you realize that this deck is almost to the point that it isn't even feasible to play right? you need to cut in down to around 60-75 cards and focus around a core set of 2-3 of those cards. That will make this deck run tons better, as well as slash the cost tremendously. also, at the very least, cut the broodstart and replace it with master of etherium. :)
you guys did read that it was hist first deck right? He has others posted here...
well, true that I seemed to have missed the comments, and was commenting on the deck that I saw posted. I should have read all of the previous posts. Thought I did but I guess that I must have missed that when I skimmed over them. and yes I know that the deck makes infinite toekns turn 3, but Ifigured that hey, since it is gonna be an over the top deck anyways... why not make it even more so, just to be funny. :)
yeah. If you had white in here I would say batwing brume. but something for straight black... um Darkness.
th eonly problem you have here is the Norn's annex allows your opponent to not attack.
true, but there is nothing that states that the ability continues after the card leaves the field. there are a few cards that state that. mostly older cards.
I looked at the official ruling on Nevermore on Wizards site. the FAQ for innistrad states that the named card can be cast again after Nevermore leaves the battlefield.
ok, so I know that you have th eorb there, but it effects you as well. I would suggest 1 of 2 cards. either put in amulet of vigor so that your permenants untap after they come into play, or repace the orb with Loxodon Gatekeeper. It makes your opponent's creatures, artifacts, and lands come into play tapped. It doesn't effect you. I like this deck. :)
also, I would swap dehydration for paralyzing grasp, mystic restraint, or Claustrophobia. :)
my favorite tap cards would have to be ballynock trapper, nivious wisps, and dawnglare invoker.
no brow beat?
I like this a lot. my only suggestions would be parralel lives or doubling season, and any of the many red enchantments that give haste. :)
I would suggest elixir of immortality instead of the cane, just because you can keep reusing it.
go to wizards official site and you can email questions to them from there. I did that when I was confused about the blood/bond combo, and if it was legal. they will respond in about a day or so with the answer.
I am sure that you are legit in saying that, I don't doubt that. also, I just wanted to make sure that you knew that he didn't give a crap about what you said. in all honesty I agree with you.
you should put in norn's annex to go along with your propaganda and ghostly prison. :)
