Question, are you on any sort of budget / restriction? I've got a few ideas but think they may be useless if you can't afford to obtain certain cards.

Blue does open other options like the prowl card that gives an extra turn and rouges that draw you cards. So don't commit to mono black just yet.

I like the idea of your 'combo', but I prefer this combo that uses the same idea:
Erayo, Soratami Ascendant + Arcane Laboratory
It results in the same affect, but is better in that once the combo is set, your opponent's can't do a thing >:)

Also Arcane Laboratory can easily be replaced with any of the following:
Rule of Law
Curse of Exhaustion
Ethersworn Canonist

Paradox Haze can be used to give the opponent extra upkeeps for more triggers of Sleeper Agent's 2 damage.

I use the following black cards in a BW deck where I give creatures to the opponent:
Stronghold Discipline (potential finisher)
Hissing Miasma (in place of Propaganda, they don't work well together)
Contaminated Bond (to counteract the early damage from early Sleeper Agent plays)
Batwing Brume (the black half of the affect is like an instant Hissing Miasma)

Naturally there's a ton of UB dual lands you could be using.

Cabbage and I don't chat often, but when we do, it's normally done on one of our decks (like this) :p

I'm actually tempted to knuckle down and attempt construction of a slightly more wallet friendly version of this :?

Getting off topic here, but trying to think of ways to give trample has actually given me an idea for a UG deck using Simic's Graft and Bramblewood Paragon. Bramblewood's the main source of trample in my elf decks.

I guess that makes sense. Have you perhaps though of the evoke creature that gives +3/+3 (Briarhorn)? It may not give trample, but it does grant the boost at instant speed (it has flash) and boost the affect of the wreath. Ring of Kalonia could also be used to grant trample, just an idea.

You definitely need 6 to 8 mana accelerators. Birds of Paradise is an obvious, but Noble Hierarch has often been chosen over BoP's in aggro decks. Also dual lands could help with mana fixing.

*cough* *splutter* *cough* *dies* I just checked Tarmogoyf's price and there's no way in hell I'm paying that much per card :/ I'm just hoping that Rest in Peace brings his price down, but that's probably just my wishful thinking :/

As much as I like the idea of this deck, Dark Confidant and Tarmogoyf's prices are the main reason I'm not going to be building this deck (or similar).

Llanowar Augur feels a little out of place here. It's a 0/3 in an aggro deck with a pump ability that can only be activated in your upkeep. Feels a little slow for this type of deck...

Actually, Archive Trap is better than Traumatize. Trap is a guaranteed 13 cards dropped, where Traumatize diminishes the more that player gets milled. Let's do a little math:
Let's say you only play your first Traumatize on your 5th turn (it does cost 5), the opponent will have ±48 cards left in his library (60 - 7 [starting hand] - 5 [1 card draw each turn]). Traumatize will mill for ±24, this leaves ±24 cards left. A second traumatize on turn 6 will only mill 11 (24-1[card drawn] ÷ 2, rounded down), a 3rd on turn 4 mills 5 cards. The trap mills 13 cards regardless of when it's cast and can be cast for 0, Traumatize diminishes in value over time and always costs 5.

I must admit, I like this. Looks fast and aggressive :p
I don't see much that needs to be replaced after rotation as you'll only be losing Blade Splicer and Shock in the mainboard.

I sometimes run a Dragonstorm deck in Modern (thanks for reminding me about it). Sadly Rite of Flame is banned in Modern :'( so I use Pyretic Ritual in its place. I also use Lotus Bloom to help pull off my average turn 4 win of either fetching 4 Bogardon Hellkite or 4 Kokusho, the Evening Star with Dragonstorm and if I happen to draw some of the dragons, I also have 2 Predator Dragons to devour whatever dragons are currently unable to attack (also helps kill a Kokusho so its ability can trigger). I've recently add 1 Knollspine Dragon, but I've yet to test its usefulness :/ lastly, Manamorphose and Gitaxian Probe are "free" draw spells that also help count towards storm for "free" :p

Sadly I don't. If I do make another one, it'll probably be after Return to Ravnica so I can include cards with populate.

Leyline of Singularity would also be evil in here. The token creatures Hunted gives will still enter the battlefield, allowing for the Priest to force the opponent to lose life, then the legend rule triggers to kill all the creatures >:)

Again, a black blue version using the leyline allows for the use of Hunted Horror. Imagine this: start game with leyline out, play a swamp on turn one and a second swamp turn two, tap both for the Horror. You get a 7/7 trampler and the tokens it gives to the opponent die to the legend rule >:)

Haven't tried this build in years and if I where to reconstruct this deck now, I'd rebuild it completely differently to further guarantee War-Pride's survival and usefulness.

You're not blind. It can't be done. There was a limited time a few years ago where you could submit a picture in one thread on the forums, but you can't do it anymore.
