The problem comes with chosing what to take out for them...

I'm actually thinking of replacing one of the creatures with Silhana Ledgewalker :? Maybe Skarrgan Pit-Skulk?

Noble mite be better than BoP because of its exalted ability, but on the other hand, BoP has flying and bonded to Silverheart and/or enchanted with Rancor makes it sound a little better than Nobal. It's a tough choice, but why not run 2 of each and see which feels better, then you can bump up to 4 of the one you feel is best :p

Pridemage, imo, feels more like sideboard tech. Unless you're intending to attack with only one creature most combats.

DSphere is just AWESOME, definitely put at least 3 in.

Thanks for the input. I almost never play blue (I'm a green mage at heart), so I really appreciate the suggestions. This is more to show the kid what my train of thought was when I played against him, thus it's rough design that'll need tweaking to his preferences.

Main reason I chose not to include Increasing Devotion is its casting cost. I'm trying to keep my mana curve low.

The mass bounce that Cyclonic Rift grants from being Overloaded comes at a high mana cost, high enough for me to have done a substantial amount of damage before my tokens cease to exist. And Hellrider is a beast on his own.

Mass removal + Blood Artist = mass life loss for my opponent :p

The problem I see with any Delver deck is there's a crap load of grave hate in standard (and a lot more outside of standard), so Snappy and the Spike aren't going to be as powerful after sideboarding. And idea I had for a "Delver"~ish deck is to run the Murfolk that pops out a 2/2 drake for each spell you play, Favourable Winds, Delver and a bunch of Spells that pop out flying token creatures. Esper would be ideal as you get Lingering Souls and access to targeted removal and Intangible Virtue.

Ya, lands tend to be a little pricey ($) :|

I don't dislike Azor, it's just his casting cost makes my inner-aggro-mage scream 'hell no'. I actually think he's an awesome addition, especially with a Paradox Haze or two out :)

I have no idea where you heard that the legend rule exiles. I've been abusing the legend rule in my Dragonstorm deck for about 6 years now (storming to fetch 4 Kokusho, the Evening Star) and I know for a fact that the legend rule causes the creatures to be sacrificed as a state based affect.

Amulet of Vigor and Jace's Erasure are interesting additions to the main combo. A few more dual lands wouldn't hurt. Glacial Fortress and Hallowed Fountain work well together. Mystic Gate also comes to mind. Not sure I like Azor's Elocutors because of its casting cost, but I can see why you added it :p

This deck will undergo an overhaul once I eventually get Loxodon Smiters, Selesnya Charms and Temple Gardens, though it looks like I'll have to order the rares :(

Not sure I like the Grove, mostly because I don't like being down a land :|

I'm still sad that BoP's are no longer legal in Standard :'(

Very similar to my goal for reconstruction of my GW deck I started in Innestrad:
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=392860
I use Restoration Angel and Cloudshift as a combat trick to rebond and / or save my bonders from targeted removal. Flashing the angel in at the end of the opponent's turn and rebonding either the Wolfir or the Paladin to it is awesome :p

Unfortunately I currently don't own any Temple Gardens, Selesnya Charms nor Loxodon Smiter :( But when I do get, that's what I'll be adding to mine, only problem is what to take out...

I like the idea. A few suggestions though, try work in 3x Jace, Memory Adept (he mills 10 cards a turn) and a set of Hinterland Harbor. Also if you will play this when Gatecrash comes out in ± Jan, a set of Arbor Elves for use with Breeding Pool and / or a set of Gatecreeper Vine for the Simic Guildgate mite become useful (so get the elves and vines now).

I'm in two minds about Snappy. He's a powerful creature in a spell based deck, but there is a surprisingly large number of grave hate cards in standard. So I'm not too sure if Snappy will or will not be as powerful as he was a few months ago...

I too have a mono red Dragonstorm deck. I use Gitaxian Probe both as a "free" draw spell that can add to a storm count and to look for counter spells in opponent's hand. I also run a set of Kokusho, the Evening Star as a potential Dragonstorm target.

Some other cards you may want to consider:
Gitaxian Probe - "free" draw card, adds to storm count and you get to see what your opponent has in hand.
Goblin Bushwhacker - alternative source of haste.

With the cards you've listed, you could take this deck in so many directions. Perdonslly I'd run an Esper token deck to use the flashback of Lingering Souls and kill spells, but I'll see what I can suggest for Bant.

I'd really like to see a Talrand based Bant token deck, but that means you'd want to maximise your instant and sorcery count (again, Esper would be beter here because Lingering Souls can be cast twice). Intangible Virtue should be a 4x, but I wouldn't take Parallel Lives and Growing Ranks above 3x (because they cost too much mana). Going the spell heavy route will make Cavern of Souls (almost) usseless. Garruk, Primal Hunter's cool, but because he demands {G}{G}{G} to cast, I'd not run him in Bant (if this where just Selesnya, then I'd say have him at 2x, maybe 3x). Another down side to being spell heavy is 'flicker' affects (Restoration Angel and Cloudshift) become less usefull. I'd treat Druid's Deliverance and Sundering Growth the same way I treat Fog and Naturalize, as sideboard cards. I don't see Doomed Traveler, he's an awesome 1 drop for token decks. Also missing Cackling Counterpart.

Don't forget that Temple Garden and Hallowed Fountain has basic land types and thus allow Hinterland Harbor, Glacial Fortress and Sunpetal Grove to enter the battlefield untapped :p So you'd want to have the shock lands at 4x and the others at 3x (at least). I wouldn't have Gavony Township at more than 2x, it is mana hungry in its activation. Moorland Haunt is awesome in here, but again I'd not run more than 3x. I'm not sure I like Grove of the Guardian, largely because you'd be down a land (there's a lot of creature removal out there... and it's mana hungry).

It is a lot of fun. The mana curve is nice and there's a good amount of instant speed goodies to keep the opponent guessing :p

I guess I should let it be known, I strongly dislike deck linking when it's got nothing to do with the deck you comment on. I delete such comments on my decks and generally ignore them on other people's decks.
