Guttersnipe + Curiosity is bluddy brilient, maybe I should start playing more blue... *cough* *splatter* *cough* ... Did I just say that?Jokes aside, I really do like curiosity in here and I'm contemplating using the idea, only once I can order cards again... I'm extremely low on blue cards (Curiosity included) :<Have you thought of using cheap cards with cheap~ish flashback costs to get two Guttersnipe triggers off one card?

Correction, Noble Hierarch (not Smiter).
The lands are actually the most expensive ($) part of the deck. A set of Evolving Wilds and basic lands would make this a lot cheaper. As for the rest of the cards, the Smiters are probably the most difficult to get.
As good as those cards you suggest are, there are reasons they're not in here. Young Wolf was chosen because it costs 1. I had a tossup between Timberpack Wolf and Wandering Wolf, chose Wandering Wolf because of it's evasion. Huntmaster was left out because he's only good if he can be flipped multiple times, Immerwolf prevents this. I'll see how this build runs before switching out for the elves and / or lowering the others numbers.
What makes me consider Jarad is that on an attack, my creature should be quite big, thus making Jarad's "Fling" affect a posible win condition :/
Let me know how he does, I'm thinking of adding him to my GB Exalted~ish Beatdown deck :p
If I had it, I'd use it. It's an awesome Demon :)
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's 2nd ability would fit into this starergy too.
I've found that fog effects aren't really nessisary when you're doing the amount of damage this deck is capabile of, though that may just be my play style :p
The changeling you're thinking of is white, Mirror Entity: http://www.mtgvault.com/images/cards/medium/LRW/Mirror_Entity.jpg I personally prefer to use Ezuri: http://www.mtgvault.com/images/cards/medium/SOM/Ezuri_Renegade_Leader.jpg
I know what you mean, I own a set of Bloodghast, but no Nether Traitor :( and I so want them for a spirit deck I'm working on...
I like the idea, but is there a reason Bloodghast was left out?
I love the idea of Underworld Dreams :p I once designed a RB Underworld Dreams deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=35664 Teferi's Puzzle Box combo's so nicely with Underwold Dreams >:)
Not Modern legal :(
I designed it for a consistant turn 3 :) It does, however, fall to the same things 'traditional' storm decks fall to :( But that's the risk of running a storm deck :p
Money's always a problem for me. If I where rich, I'd probably not be building budget decks at all. As for Slaughter Games, it's a sorcery that costs 4 and it's a sorcery, there's also Gitaxian Probe to see if there's cards that can mess with the combo and Muddle the mixture to counter any such interuptions. The card that is more scary than Slaughter Games is Surgical Extraction.
A Legacy version would run quite a different build. It'd keep the core of Heartless + Retreivers + tutor cards, but Tendrils of Agony and / or Bitter Ordeal would be my storm cards of choice. I'd also add in the 'free' counter spells (Force of Will, etc) to counter spells that'd stop the storm. Beseech the Queen would be good for the Modern version without this much Transmute cards, Demonic Tutor is one of the best (there are others that are better depending on the deck they're in).
Ya, I'm kind of sad Tendrils isn't Modern legal :(
I had contemplated Fabricate, but with everything costing 2, the multiple Transmute cards act just like Fabricate, but also alow me to fetch non artifact cards like Heartless Summoning and Grapeshot :p
There's a whole host of storm cards that'd work awesomly, I'm trying to get a set of Bitter Ordeal so I can kick the red out and make this a pure UB deck. Empty the Warrens wasn't chosen as Heatless Summoning would kill the goblins :(
