I have seen people use Lingering Souls to buy time in these types of decks.

And that's why I check Gatherer for wording updates :phttp://gatherer.wizards.com/
Suspend's ruling states; "When the last is removed, CAST it without paying its mana cost. It has haste."
Legend rule and Planeswalker rule are very similar, so much so that the only difference is what part of the card is checked upon there being multiples. Legend rule checks the name, Planeswalker rule checks the type.Dark Ritual may be good enough to keep. The Infernal Contract's {B}{B}{B} worries me, 3 dedicated mana in this type of deck is dangerous. Mishra's Bauble is cool as a free spell, but the delay in the draw makes me think "iffy". Gut Shot is always good, it stops early game plays that rely on creatures with 1 toughness :P
Sadly, I'm largely a green mage and thus my decks are generally built without room for sideboarding. Therefore I'm not that great with sideboarding, so I can't really help here. My advice is to look up legacy decks that get played by the pros and see what they do.I'm 'OK' with the new legend rule (only comes into effect as of 13 July). It does open interesting plays and gives reason to play full sets of legends in decks, though I am disheartened that Kokusho can't "nuke" as easily now :(The main use of the new rule I see is to get two triggers of a Planeswalker's ability. eg: I play Jace, the Mind Sculptor, mill you for 10, nect turn I mill you for 10, play another Jace, the Mind Sculptor, keep the new one and mill you for another 10.
Looks good, though I'm a little confused as to why Street Wraith is in here? Cycling doesn't count as a spell towards the storm count. Also you may want to switch Kokusho out for Bogardan Hellkite. With the new change to the way the legend rule works, Kokusho won't trigger as desired :'(
Deathtyrant5000 said most of what I was going to and LoLoPro finihed the rest of what I was going to say.You can also try a few Brimstone Volley. With your creatures killing themselves, Morbid should easily be available.
One thing I've noticed with playing Magic, there's always room for improvement :p
Problem with Nissa is I don't own any of her. I also keep forgetting to add her to orders I make...
Turn 3: JhoiraTurn 4: suspend TenacruelTurn 8: Tentacruel enters play.If you had one Paradox Haze out:Turn 3: JhoiraTurn 4: suspend TenacruelTurn 6: Tentacruel enters play. Then there are other cards you could use:ClockspinningFury CharmJhoira's TimebugTimebenderTimecraftingAlso, I think Pyretic Ritual and or Desprate Ritual with a Manamorphose could help get Jhoria out on turn 2 :p
When I first saw Garruk, Caller of Beast (the new Garruk from M14), my first thought was; "-3: put Progenitus onto battlefield".
I love Warrior tribal decks, especially my Elf Warrior deck :pJust a few suggestions from personal experience:•Deep-Slumber Titan isn't that great (it enters tapped) without a reliable way to untap it. On that note, you're forgetting a very important card type; BURN. Preferably Lightning Bolt.•Obsidian Battle-Axe, even though it auto equips, is a little slow (ironic seeing that it grants haste). I'd rather use Rancor, found it to be more reliable.•I'd drop Rhox Brute as it has no extra ability and Vengeful Firebrand as it's casting cost is a little too high for a creature with 2 toughness. Instead, I'd run Boggart Ram-Gang and / or Scab-Clan Mauler. I know the Mauler isn't a warrior, but a 3/3 trampler for 2 mana is awesome :p• Lastly, pump spells / effects mite be a good idea. Spells / effects like Giant Growth and Ghor-Clan Rampager's Bloodrush.I didn't want to say it, but a few dual lands could be a good idea. Even a few Kessig Wolf Run.
Brighthearth Banneret could help in here, it can serve two perposes. The 1st and most important, it can make your Warriors cost {1} less, the 2nd and least important, it can Reinforce to put a +1/+1 counter on one of your creatures.Another cool warrior to consider is Boggart Ram-Gang.I also wonder how this would do against my Warrior deck :phttp://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/elven-warriors/
"He's dead Jim"
As cool as Counterflux is, I fear its mana cost makes it too expensivr for this particular deck, hence my idea of either Mana Leack or Rune Snag.
This is the build I used when Zendikar / Scars of Mirrodin was Standard. The only change I've made so far is to upgrade the Shock to Lightning Bolt (wasn't legal at the time).Kuldotha Rebirth rely's on the Wellspring, so if I decide to remove Rebirth, I'll definitly use Shrapnel Blast, but until that decision is made, I won't use Shrapnel. Thanks for the suggestion though. You have given me an idea for another deck. By sacrificing an artifact creature to Shrapnel Blast, I can cast Brimstone Volley for its Morbid effect >:)
This is true. The Charm has a counter mode, but I doubt it's enough. So what other counter should I put in? I'm thinkin either Mana Leak or Rune Snag, leaning towards Rune Snag because of Faithless Looting.Though I'm not completely sure I need more counters at the speed this deck should run at. With enough draw and burn, this deck can kill on turn 2.
Ezuri works wonders when you've got the mana. Just a word of warning, try keep him in hand until you're ready to go for the kill, his regen ability is cool, but he can't regen himself, so he tends to be killed the second he gets played.
Invisible Stalker + Curiosity is a cheaper (mana wise) option. And I personally prefer Soramaro, First to Dream over Arcanis. But it's not for me to decide, it's k-shroom's deck afterall.
I used to run a deck based on the same thing, though mine was WU and relied on fog effects.A few cards you may want to look into:Walking ArchiveHonden of Seeing WindsParadox Haze (to work with the Archive and Honden)Soramaro, First to DreamMasumaro, First to Live (I used Kiyomaro, First to Stand in my build)Reminisce (just 2 copies, trust me, it helps a lot).
