An interesting option you could add (though off colour) is Essence Harvest. With Harvest, you don't even have to attack to win :)
Another option that also requires black is Vizkopa Guildmage. Activate the Guildmage's second ability, then play your combo :p

Best detain combo I've heard of and hope to see but not play against:
Lavinia of the Tenth + Conjurer's Closet

Just in case I wasn't clear enough, here's an example of what'd happen:
Let us say you're on 12 life when Avatar enters the battlefield. Avatar will enter as a 12/12 and trigger Trostani. Trostani will try give you 12 life as the Avatar (that is now on the battlefield) has 12 toughness. The life gain triggers Rhox and he'll double that 12 to 24 (effectivly granting an additional 12). Once all this is done, you gain 24 life (putting you on 36) and the Avatar will be a 36/36. No additional life will be gained from this combo and the Avatar will not become bigger.

That "loop" doesn't work. This is how it'd happen:
Assuming both Rhox Faithmender and Trostani, Selesnya's Voice are out.
As Serra Avatar enters the battlefield, Trostani will read its toughness and grant you that much life, then as she tries to give you that life, Rhox stepps in and doubles that. That's where it ends as the Avatar will by then already be in play so Trostani won't try and give more life.

One of my favourite ways to punish token decks is with Hissing Miasma and Batwing Brume, though they're counter productive if you go the Ghostly Prison route...

Propaganda is a blue Ghostly Prison and mite be a better option than Windborn Muse. It cost 1 less mana and doesn't die as easily.

Hmmm...
Mycosynth Lattice + Kataki, War's Wage is an awesome combo. This gives me an idea (that's similar to this deck). Iscron Scepter with Unsummon (or similar) imprinted to bounce Kataki before you need to pay for his ability...

I like the idea. Here's another one I'd like to see being used in WB: Lavinia + Conjerer's Closet >=)

If you go the Cloudshift route, Restoration Angel (and maybe Conjurer's Closet) could help a lot. Another new creature with a cool ETB ability is Lavinia of the Tenth. Lavinia + Closet should keep most opponents at bay.

To win off of Maze's End's ability, I see a deck needing to buy a lot of time. I suggest blue and white as the strongest colours as they have the best stall cards. Supreme Verdict is a perfect example.

As good as Voice of Resurgence is, I see its $ price going higher than I can afford by the time I can afford to order cards again. If I manage to pull one or two at the prerelease, I'll add them to this list.

I ran a strait goblin tribal back when Scars was stil Standard. I too ran the Ichor Wellspring + Kuldotha Rebirth mini combo, but I also ran a set of Infiltration Lens. That much draw plus the low costs of the burn / goblins allowed me to run 17 lands. I hadn't realised the 'shotage' of land until I dismantled it when Scars phased out.

Problem is the price tag on Doubling Season :'(

I think Mycologist supplies enough life gain to not need Essence / Soul Wardens, especially since I don't emediatly create saprolings as soon as I can.

I've been meaning to put a Fungus deck together for a while, just never got around to actually doing it. This is more or less how I'd build one:

Just realised that Eradicate won't work on a Koth animated land as it's a sorcery. Well, unless you control Koth and target an opponent's mountain, but the odds of an opponent having a mountain is too low to bank on.

Sadly, I was playing RW atthe time, so no access to black for Erradicate. But now that you've brought that up, I'm working on a deck that does similar to that. The main combo is Splinter + Liquimetal Coating >=)

Funny story about Koth of the Hammer. I faced off a deck that used him and I sided in Celestial Purge. He calculated that he could afford animating a land with Koth's ability (I hadn't played the purge yet), I asked to read Koth, saw the animated land was a RED elemental, tapped two mana, exiled his land :) Needless to say, he wansn't happy :p

Personally I'd use Wayfarer's Bauble over Mind Stone. It fishes out a land from your deck, so it increases the chance of drawing a non-land card, so kinda like getting the mana and 'drawing' a card all in one.

Personally I dislike Grove of the Guardian. The activation cost is a little too demanding imo. I wite've considered it if the "tap 2 creatures" part was left out.

I have a Selesnya deck I've been using since Avacyn Restored. Been updating with Ravnica cards as I got hold of them. I've gotten quite a few wins using Wolfi Silverheart and Cloudshift alongside the Silverblade Paladin and Restoration Angel you're already using. I also use Strangleroot Geist.

I mite go as far as to say Cloudshift is the most annoying / feared card in my deck. It's so veritile. It rebonds my creatures, it protects from targeted removal, it 'untapps' a creature, it removes the +1/+1 counter from Strangleroot Geist and all at instant speed and for only {W}. I just love that card :D

Fun trick my friend found out, you can cipher onto an animated Dimir Keyrune and the Cipher stays there when it un-animates.

I've been looking for a way to maximise cipher triggers, the best way I've thought of so far is to add white for Silverblade Paladin. Just bond the Paladin to an unblockable that has some Ciphers on it :p
