While I like this deck, and in particular rotlung reanimator, I think that rotlung actually doesn't fit your requirements here. It
Suppose it can be cheated into play with unearth or reanimated, I don't see any way to get it into the graveyard of it isn't in play already. I guess being able to put it out with dark ritual counts...?

Very cool. I am a sucker for decks like this. Very fun. I did a 1 mana deck challenge many moons ago, and got lots of fun ideas. So to see people doing more 1 mana decks is really cool too me.

Love the user of artifacts and metalcraft for added value.

the goal here is to ramp with Blood Sun and bounce lands. Sun Titan gets back anything 3 mana or less. so that includes Blood Sun, Heartless Summoning, Expedition Map and Lands.
I imagine it is here mostly to work with Combustible Gearhulk, which either draws you 3 cards or mills you 3 cards. so if you mill any lands or Blood Suns you can get them back easily.

Not to mention the sideboard for this deck can be interacted with because of Mastermind's Acquisition, so Stony Silence and Rest in Peace are also viable targets once they are tutored into the hand.

EDIT: Bounce lands can't be played on turn one, since they bounce a land, and if you only have the one land out... it bounces itself. So doing that would simply Time Walk yourself in the worst way.

so a bit, but not everything. hmm... I feel it would want to run something that fetches or regenerates artifacts. if it is an affinity list, which it appears to be, I think it might want another sacrifice payoff. perhaps disciple of the vault or something akin to it. because affinity really likes that.

Hmm... Interesting home brew. It looks fairly solid. Vector as seems like an odd fit though. How much of the deck did you get to see?

As for dealing with etched champion, you might look into devoid cards. Complete Disregard, or a devoid burn spell.

Thanks. I don't usually do mono color decks, as I feel they are usually less flexible than a 2 color deck. But having the simpler mana base is certainly a nice bonus.never have to worry about having the wrong color of lands.

As for the deck itself, I think it looks to be a fun build. Probably not the best deck ever, but certainly usable. Just gotta be careful about my attacks. The best possible outcomes would involve having engulfing slagwurm out and using one of the cards to make all my opponent's creatures block it.

That being said I think phyrexian walker or spells kite would be better than hedron crab in this deck.

Ordinarily I would agree, particularity with Arcades, but here I think he is trying to find creatures without defender, so they can attack a little easier. It's just an odd thing to try and find creatures with really low power and high toughness that aren't defenders.

That being said his pump spells are extremely efficient. Particularly Tower Defense and Shape the Sands.

Which could easily make up for the smaller creatures.

Well, devour flesh is nice but it requires your opponent to have a decent sized creature. So it's good against creature decks, but not combo decks.
