Meh, I guess that might be. I haven't been put in a situation like that, so I only get to see the horrible side.I'm not surprised, Grand Motf Tarkin is amazing! And with Athreos? Have fun getting rid of it. Y'know, I honestly forgot about Seizan >_> I was more thinking Chains of Mephistopheles XD

Yeaaaaah, I can suddenly understand why you loved it.Now, this may not be the original intention of this, but I think it fits quite nicely with this;http://i.imgur.com/ZQGBNR3.gifIn EDH especially. In Legacy you /know/ somebody is going to Wasteland you, but in EDH it's just "And now you do nothing for five turns!"
/All/ of the style points? NICE.http://i.imgur.com/64qSHv5.gifhttp://i.imgur.com/WW5cWfp.gifTomb of Urami would be pretty fun in this, definitely need to slip one or two in. And Death's Shadow feels like it belongs in a more Freudian setting than Jung, more so than the demon tribe excluding it. It seems more the kind of card to symbolize some sort of reward for willful disregard of the ego & super-ego in favor of the id.
I've tried to wrap my head around this, and I just can't. Babies have never been cute to me, they've always been horrifying. I'd sooner hang around Master of the Feast than be okay cleaning vomit, or changing a diaper probably.Seriously don't understand the whole baby thing.
I don't get what's so fascinating about Mana Bloom actually. I've given away maybe three... It's just reusable color fixing, and a very minute amount of ramp since it's only one mana per turn. The only really nice thing about it to me is the recursive nature of the thing.Hmmm, that is a tough call. I'd still pick you though, regardless of which design I'm playing, because Orcish Settlers would be able to ruin literally any of them. I think five color combo would be the only thing that would be able to change that honestly.I super hate having my land base blown up(when it's not by my intent), have I mentioned this?
http://www.myfacewhen.net/view/6463-oh-dear-godThat's... I... Yeah, I'd focus this first just because of that potentially happening.
I think what would infuriate me the most about this if I were to play anything like it is Orisch Settlers... Just casually blow up my lands, no big deal.
It's been really hard not to just go out and call him Charon all the time. Actually, this entire block has been kind of hard. I want to say spear of Peleus, or Gungnir every time somebody plays Heliod's Spear...Lovecraft quotes get all of the bonus points.
Yeah... Not a play I'd be happy to see, especially given that Athreos comes out beforehand. Also, just caught onto the Lovecraft quote. This pleases me.http://i.imgur.com/UdlzmB4.gif
Shriekmaw and Magus of the Disk are absolutely shenanigans, but Sadistic Hypnotist is what makes this go from being just plain mean, to the point where I'd probably focus this first.
I would be fat if I knew one probably.
Well, I was dieting, but I think I'm going to have to pretend that I'm not today. :|
Helix Pinnacle, because Hydra's just weren't enough treachery.
Yeeeeees, give in to the Pox side! *a totally unbiased third party observer* :P
Well this one was designed with one shop in mind, whereas the other was designed with our group in mind. This one is honestly more competitive, more insane. Keiga with Riku is shenanigans, and interestingly makes the new Legend rule an interestingly sustainable option with the layout of this deck.
Testing that next time we get together for EDH, I'm seriously excited about it! That's just sooooo nasty!EDH really feels like this will be the best way for me to learn it, Legacy I had the leisure of having tournament reports, and already established ideas to see how to pick apart. EDH has so much variance that it's impossible to really for me to try and treat it like that.I'm easing into it like a sloth into a rally race; slowly, but marvelous in the corners.I can't explain why, but for whatever reason the word meander amuses me.
They are pretty epic! And NICE! Need to check that out... Hopefully after finals I'll have time to look more :|I would go down to two copies of the Verdict, and run a two three split, going down to seven for your Extirpate effects. But that /could/ be counterproductive.I absolutely freaking LOVED doing that when I ran them in my Pox deck! It was one of the ways I could get away with being so mean in multiplayer, because if you weren't playing combo, it's not like you were going to hit mehttp://i.imgur.com/iZb4d.gifThat laugh... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3ALwKeSEYs
I have found that to be the case, and specifically a sort of redirected form of self-malcontent works best, which works well for me most of the time. The human psyche is a wonderfully bizarre thing, but there are many(mostly ethical) reasons I'd be barred from practicing psychology. I have an obsessive compulsion to understand complex systems, and this would be an absolutely /terrible/ field for that to come into play in. I also have frequent psychotic breaks, where all emotion, and any idea of morality/ethics simply disappear from me.I'm quite jealous of your friend who did this, it seems endlessly more intriguing now. There's a not so subtle pleasure we all seem to derive from constrained cruelty, doubly so by our own invention, so that alone would make your mind terrifying to most, but that it was a friend that said it... I'm more than a little curious, I must say haha!
Perhaps it's because this is such a uniquely "you" deck, that you name them something that has some modicum of significance to you... Oh, to pick your brain would be such a treat.
I've been playing EDH a lot lately with my group, and seeing their shenanigans makes it difficult for me to see anything I could do that would be nice, that wouldn't result in more trouble than it'd be worth :| So I just said to hell with this, that, and the other guy. Also, I'm taking that as a decktag. The Stick could actually be what sets this over the edge, I forgot about it o_O
