I'm much better at g/w ramp, lol. If you check my deck "landfall... again? :o" i think you'll see that I'm far better at that :P

Iunno if I want to even take this path now, lol. but how does that look?

and also, I did some weird sideboard tech in my green white... memoricide. I know it sounds weird, but valakut > my deck. so memoricide could really help with the titan removal. with the 1 swamp and the change so my duals can search for swamps as well (marsh flats and verdant catacombs) i think it's weird, but unexpected and effective.

I kinda like the fast creatures. it has a very good early game and a great late game. But I think I will go more ramp to hit more bombs. any suggestions?

I've actually thought about splashing blue.. but I don't actually intend on making this deck. I tested it online and it didn't do too well. D:

but I may add blue, because if you know me as a deck builder at all, you know blue black is my favorite, haha.
So thank you for the idea : O

also, thank you for that hefty compliment!

my first shot at extraction, and it's nice to hear it doesn't look all too bad. (:

I love phyrexian obliterator, hes actually too good... you either answer him right away, take 5 each turn, or block and sac/ and if they sac, that's more surgical extraction targets :D

and ive been considering mental mistep. I may sideboard that, against control matchups it'd really be good, too. and 2 life? pfft I have blue mana ;P

So I didn't really take the time to look at the full deck, because I only know standard (only started when zendikar came in) but I read first strike. so I decided to take a looksy.

anything with first strike just RAPES with deathtouch. and i see you're running white. so why not try running 3 stoneforge with 2 basilisk collar? like I said, i dont know what you could take out, but first strike and deathtouch is just so good. I'd seriously give it some thought.

I'm not sure if this is the other extraction you meant for me to check... but my knowledge only goes so far as standard D:

sorry man, but I did leave you a hefty set of paragraphs on your other one ;P

holy isolation cell is brutallllll. never even thought of that one : O I reallly like that card. But I think norn's annex could do you a bit better. especially if it's against a deck that doesn't run either a) any white, or b) enough white to pull off a double white.

I've yet to construct a sideboard of mine, but I'm really glad I'm not the only one who saw the true value of glistening oil. That card will make aggro decks cry. especially paired up with norns annex and bsz. I was going to suggest it actually until I already saw it,

you're running white, so I'd feel obligated to run gideon.. but that's just me. Gideon holds a place in my heart only a true magic player can understand. He's just so good. By far the best planeswalker in standard. jace is alright, but he's not nearly as game changing as gideon.

I like this, man. You've got a lot of really good ideas that sparked some possible changes in mine. (well of course, mr. extraction, the one and only surewhynot :P)

Hope I could help at all :D

Thanks man, I can't wait to test this. In standard, I just need to start cracking down on what makes decks tick. But it shouldn't be too hard... it's standard. There's caw-blade, valakut, posssssible MBC on the rise of NPH, and w/g aggro.
Valakut; take valakut for god's sake, hahaha.
mbc; phyrexian obliterator, grave titan
w/g; vengevine. which will be sooo easy with surgical extraction.
and caw blade is by far the hardest. i think at first pick i'd take stoneforge, then batterskull, then gideon. I have 0 problems with jace. lol.

but yeah dude, I'll take a looksy right now :D

hahahaha, canadian thresh? sounds... fresh. *troll face*

but iunno, when i think of legacy, I just can think of older cards matching with new ones. id be like "now they dont fit the theme, the images are all weird on these ones and the images are modernized on these"

lol as you can see, i'm silly with a slight ocd. :P

No problem. (:

and p.s. 2 new decks, one's extraction and one's reg green aggro. if you have the time, advice on either one would be great. :D

i like the idea of venser in bant, but when i think about it, edna would have to change the deck entirely, so it's probably not the right suggestion for this deck.

but venser would work so well with journeys, journey something, then if a bigger threat enters the field, bounce journey and journey the new threat instead. :D

sick tech on the go. :P

and venser with stoneforge, titan, batterskull, wall of omens, tumble magnet, or even a near death planeswalker would work really well.

did you ever consider maybe venser?

not sure how he'd do here, maybe if you added w.o.o, but my friend uses him, and with tumble magnet he's ridiculous : /
