My group cycles the following formats: Standard, Modern, Pauper in that order. So I get to play pauper every 3 weeks :) I'm currently fine tuning a different deck for Pauper, and I currently don't own a lot of the cards in here. Thus I won't be playing this for a long time :(

Never been very good with sideboards myself. There's a number of cards I could suggest, but not knowing your group's meta is a bit of a problem in this matter. Best I can suggest is to find what everyone else is playing and pick your sideboard cards to either give an extra boost against specific decks or cards to keep you and your creatures alive.
The one I made was designed to be 1 on 1, but I found I can take on 2 or 3 in a free for all. So, 1 on 1 should be fine
I've already succeeded in using it, but I'm curious how you'd go about getting the best out of Stronghold Discipline. (No copying my idea)
http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/pauper-infection/ ^ More or less how I would build a pauper infect deck
I'd put the Rancors main board. The trample is very important here, seeing that you're not running a source of unblockable. If you move Apostle's Blessing main board, it can act as a pseudo unblockable enabler. Llanowar Augur seems iffy to me. I'd also make Giant Growth a 4 and Titanic Growth 2, the 1 less mana will allow for a much quicker win.
Nice start, makes me want to dust off my dragonstorm deck that I shelved due to the seething song banning. A few suggestions though, I believe that most modern decks don't NEED to use the fetch lands + Ravnica duels, but in storm of any kind, experience has taught me that the removal of the land from the deck is very important. So I highly suggest adding 4 of each of Scalding Tarn and Steam Vents. Additionally, Goblin Electromancer is a very good addition to almost any storm deck. I've not had a chance to test it in a Dragonstorm deck, but I guess dropping it on turn 2 will make storming easier. Now, with the serious stuff said, I'd like to share my preferred target for Dragonstorm: Kokusho, the Evening Star :P I know that the current legend rule makes it less impressive, but that is why I run 2 Predator Dragon too.
You've left out my absolute favourite 'fog': Ethereal Haze :P
Currently, I don't have any Cleansing Fire :(
Midnight Guard's ability works well with convoke creatures and convoke spells that puts out token creatures. Other than suggesting that you look at convoke spells, I can't think of much else until the new set comes out.
Lol, nice :) I've wanted to use Purphoros in a modern deck alongside cards like Honden of Life's Web with a few Paradox Haze out, but sadly, I've yet to acquire a Purphoros :(
Noble Hierarch and BoP don't quite make sense in a mono green deck and the mana ramp isn't necessary, your curve is low. Sure, exalted and flying are cool, but I'd rather swap them out for other creatures or more pump spells. Talking about pump spells, I'm not sure if I personally like Berserk, sacrificing the creature makes it kind of iffy to me. Mirri's Guile is another iffy card in this type of deck. Controlling the draw is cool, but is it really necessary? I suggest working in some of the following: Leatherback Baloth Uktabi Drake Nettle Sentinel Aspect of Hydra Giant Growth Mutagenic Growth Might of Old Krosa Vines of Vastwood
Coat of Arms and Congregation at Dawn are not commons, thus illegal in Pauper. Besides, this type of deck won't really benefit from the Coat, if / when it combo's, it makes so many tokens that the Coat is actually irrelevant. If I where to remake this in Modern, then I'd probably add stuff like Idyllic Tutor.
ya, if I where to do this for a different format, a lot of changes would be made. For now, I'm going to work on it for Pauper. The biggest problem with most combo based decks is there's little to no room for anything but the combo and the cards to assemble the pieces.
Mephidross Vampire works well with Triskelion.Myr Retriever would be a nice fit in here too
Blood Artist would fit in here nicely
You think $240 is expensive for a Magic deck? Most Modern decks lands alone cost about that much (not mine though, I'm too poor for that :p )As for the deck itself, it's slow. The mana cost of your cards (though be they good cards) is a little high and you won't be playing them for a good number of turns. Even the lifegain won't help you enough against most Modern decks. A few cards to consider to help buy time are cards like Ghostly Prison and Paradox Haze. Lastly, Iona is Legendary, so having more than two in a deck is a little useless.
Ya, They dropped the 'Lord' Creature type shortly after Coldsnap.I use Gatherer when building decks, that way I can see if there's any cards I may have missed out on :)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't Ballyrush Banneret and Daru Warchief make Thalia's recasting from being put in the command zone cheaper?PSPutting your Commander in the Sideboard helps show who the Commander is.
Darien, King of Kjeldor has had his creature type changed to Soldier as Wizards removed Lord as a creature type:http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=122049Still not fond of the casting cost, but that is largely because of the way I would've played Soldiers (as white weenie).I must admit that missed how you intended to cheat the high mana creatures in.
