Interesting Korlash deck. Mine's built slightly different though, but maybe it'll give you a few ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/korlashs-swamp-party/

Why is everyone so scared of counter spells? This deck has so many threats that having one of them countered isn't that much of a problem.
You'd think so, but by the time I have enough devotion for it to be worthwhile, I normally don't have a need for the excess mana. Either I have nothing to play, or I'm already winning.
Normally I'd suggest Honour of the Pure for white decks similar to this, but because you're normally only attacking with one creature to get the exalted bonus, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to include Honour...
Jolly good, jolly good. Mite I inquire if you would use Pacifying enchantments? I have a suggestion of a personal favourite by the name of Faith's Fetters.
In a 'normal' Dragonstorm deck you'd win with the Hellkite's ETB effect. I prefer to use Kokusho instead, even though the end result is the same, Kokusho's effective can't be prevented by damage prevention effects. The Predator Dragons are in here largely because of the change to the legend rule. with them I can kill the last remaining Kokusho to get its death trigger.
Ja, even dedicated Dragonstorm decks are forced to go dual colour in Modern because of Seething Song and Right of Flame being banned. Here's a mono red Dragonstorm deck I'd run if they weren't banned:http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/storm-of-dragons/
pjoshea does raise some good points, but I can't completely agree with the 'no green' thing, but that depends on what you want to do with the deck. Green is very good for land search, but some would argue that the rituals (Right of Flame, Seething Song, Desperate Ritual, Pyretic Ritual, and Geosurge) are better, but my argument is the lands remain and because you're pulling them out of the deck, you increase the chance to draw non lands (also Seething Song and Right of Flame are banned in Modern). Here's some of my favourite land search cards: Search for Tomorrow Wayfarer's Bauble Khalni Heart Expedition Rampant Growth Sakura-Tribe Elder Viridian Emissary Harrow Let's also not forget Manamorphose, it'll help a lot when you're out by one or two of a specific colour mana. Another, expensive option to consider is the fetch lands (like Wooded Foothills) to fetch not only basic lands, but also Stomping Ground. Fire-Lit Thicket could also help with mana fixing. As for your choice of dragons, I can't really say much. pjoshea did make a few good suggestions here, but ultimately it's up to you. Dragonstorm seems a little out here as you're not exactly storming for much...
Thrumming Stone to get all your rats out in one turn.
The rule kind of sucks too. Under the previous "they all die" rule I was Dragonstorm-ing into 4 Kokushos for the win.
It was a lame example, but the point still stands that with the rules change, legends and walkers can have some interesting ways to be abused now
Another win condition that you could use is Rite of Replication (kicked) targeting Halimar Excavator. I forget the exact maths required, but I remember the combo in a dedicated Ally deck milling enough cards to take out about 3 1/2 decks in multiplayer.
How about Bad Moon? Shades generally start off with low power and toughness, so Bad Moon should help a bit with that. As for a choice of Shades, Slithering Shade is probably the best, imo, but I think Chilling Shade is pretty good too (just change your swamps to snow covered swamps). Lastly, I'd like to suggest that you include a set of Wayfarers' Bauble. I use it in two of my mono black decks in Modern, and it helps a lot to pay for those really expensive cards.
Jace's middle ability costs 0 and mills 10 cards
The Legend / Planeswalker rules state that at any time you have more than one legend / planeswalker with the same name / type, you choose one and sacrifice the rest. It's also worded so that you and your opponents may have one legend / planeswalker of the same name / type out at the same time. This is evil with some planeswalkers; eg. I play Jace, Memory Adept, mill you for 10, play a second Jace, Memory Adept, choose to keep the new one, and mill you for another 10. I kind of like Grave Titan, and currently I'm the only person in my group that plays him, so it's cool. Back when Heartless Summoning was standard legal, I ran both Grave and Frost Titans and Phyrexian Metamorph in the deck. Was one of the few times I played blue in Standard (I'm more of a green an aggro player).
Current Legend rule allows you to keep one. Metamorph can also copy Lashwrithe as Metamorph can also copy artifacts. Kokusho's death trigger is a game winner, just attack, then cast a second Kokusho (Metamorph copying it or an actual Kokusho), then choose to keep the untapped one to block with :p Grave Titan works better than you might think. Yes, 1/1 zombies aren't as impressive as 2/2 zombies, but the production starting 2 turns earlier than 'normal' is a very good thing. Mutilate is also a very good board equaliser, especially before dropping any of the "big boys". Btw, this is made out of cards I own.
With Sorrow's Path being the point of the deck, I think you should add a way to search for it. Expedition Map comes to mind.
Have you thought about adding Fabricate?
Have you seen Jötun Owl Keeper?
Myr Landshaper + Shattering Spree = destroy all their lands :P (needs Iron Myr though)
