Trepanation Blade has a similar effect to Mindshrieker's activated ability. (damage boost for milling).

I prefer Ethereal Haze over Holy Day. Haze can prevent creature damage outside of combat, like damage from Vexing Devil :P

Luminarch Ascension would work nicely with all the damage prevention you got going here.

I often use Dawn Charm in sideboard for my white decks. It's a fog; conditional counter spell; and can regen a creature.

Ghostly Prison is another option to help prevent damage.

Even if only from sideboard, life gain will be needed against burn.Martyr of Sands would do the job nicely.

I've find it a tough choosing between Hordeling Outburst and Raise the Alarm. On one hand, Hordeling Outburst puts out 3 tokens (that also work with Rabblemaster), but it's a 3 mana sorcery and requires 2 red mana; on the other hand, Raise the Alarm is an instant that costs 2 mana, but it only puts out 2 tokens (that are not goblins, so they don't work with Rabblemaster).

Surprised to see that Noble Hierarch isn't in here. Is its price tag too high for you? Birds of Paradise could make for a good filler, plus it has flying, so you could attack with it and get all the exalted triggers on it.

I personally prefer Search for Tomorrow over Cultivate. Sure it doesn't fetch 2 lands, but it can be suspended on the first turn.

I've always wanted to make an exalted deck with Bramblesnap in it. Attack with Bramblesnap and get a bunch of +1/+1's from exalted, then tap those exalted creatures with Bramblesnap's ability for more +1/+1's :P

Sadly, unless your Commander is both white and black, you can't use Debtor's Knell. Also, to make it easier to view, please move your Commander to the sideboard.

Liquimetal Coating + Splinter is an awesome combo. I designed a GR deck with the combo to gain access to a lot more artifact hate, especially Ancient Grudge, Oxidize and Smelt.

Surgical Extraction is cool because it can target non basic lands, and with most Modern decks running the fetch lands + Ravnica duels, you don't even need to destroy some of the lands to target them. (and it's 1 Phyrexian black, so you can use it without black mana by paying 2 life)

With all those mana creatures, you should include something with X in its mana cost. Maybe a hydra or Hurricane?

Who's your Commander? To make it easier to view, move the Commander to the sideboard. Also, unless your Commander is both green and red, you can't use Boggart Ram-Gang.

Just remembered something I've always wanted to do: pump the opponent's attacking creature (Brute Force; Titan's Strength) and follow it with Boros Fury-Shield. Maybe when I eventually get a set of Deflecting Palm, I'll revisit the idea.

You like Deflecting Palm? Then you may also like Boros Fury Shield :P

Small problem with the Sporemound + Life and Limb combo: Sporemound's ability is mandatory, so the combo loops indefinitely, causing a draw.

Talking about lands on a budget can be a bit tricky. Normally I just suggest Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse (I use them in my Pauper decks), but there are other options. The best are any dual lands that enter the battlefield untapped, but those tend to be expensive. If the lands enter the battlefield tapped, they should give you something, like the 1 life from the Thornwood Falls you're already using, or two mana each time it's tapped, like Simic Growth Chamber.

Your combo relies on Intruder Alarm, so bump it up to 3x or 4x and include some draw like Gitaxian Probe; Serum Visions; Slight of Hand; Telling Time; or Harmonize. Hell, the Beck side of Beck // Call would work nicely in here as a Packleader that can't be killed. Also, Shielding Plax would be awesome to protect your main creatures from target removal.

PS. I haven't checked the price of the cards I suggested, so excuse me if any of them are not budget friendly.

Looks good as is. Without knowing your meta, I can't say much, but I'll suggest a few cards. Most of your token creatures are white, as are all your non token creatures, so Honour of the Pure might work. As for cheap removal, I like to run a set of Go for the Throat mainbord with Doom Blade sideboard.

With that much mana from the mana defenders, some X damage spells could be nice.

Warmonger's Chariot can allow a defender to attack, giving another target for Kessig Wolf Run. Additionally, with all the mana, Kessig Wolf Run + Fling could be another option.

More Goat producers:

Springjack Pasture (also a sac outlet)
Springjack Shepherd (counts its own white mana for Chroma, so at least 1 goat for itself)

Also, my group once found a card that we dubbed "The Goat King": Doran, the Siege Tower. With Doran out, those fluffy 0/1's start doing damage. Had one guy die to the fluffies because of Doran :P

A good number of your creatures have or gain +1/+1 counters, so Bramblewood Paragon's second ability will work nicely. Rancor is another good source of trample.

I remember looking for cards to include in an Aurochs Tribal deck before. I remember wanting to include more Aurochs than the ones printed in Coldsnap and I realised changelings fit the bill. Looking through the changelings I had at the time, I noticed Game-Trail Changeling's picture could pass as an Aurochs.

In addition to changelings, you could also include Adaptive Automaton as a lord.

That it does, though I'm still not fond of the limit of "attack or blocking". Personally I'd include red to use Striking Sliver (first strike) or keeping white and include 2 or 3 Bonescythe Sliver (double strike).
