Thanks. I'll see if I have any of these cards and make changes accordingly. I will point out though that Silver Knight isn't Modern legal.

I like the idea, but the biggest problem I'm seeing is controlling what creatures are on to when you Manifest them. Courser does help some, but I think you need a more solid way to control what's on top and the first card that comes to mind is Congregation at Dawn.
Marrow-Gnawer can give those nice rats Fear :P
Adaptive Automaton calling Golem could be nice in here.
Ib Halfheart's flavour text shows the best "Goblin Tactics" :P
As do I. I'm actually tinkering on a ?budget? version of this by using what I already own.
Been thinking about moving a few things around to include Raise the Alarm, just haven't gotten around to doing it. I like Brave the Elements for the pseudo unblockable option, but I will probably move it to the sideboard when I eventually get around to modifying this.
Depends on what you want Sorin to do. Sorin, Solemn Visitor's +1 is awesome in a token deck, and people tend to forget that the pump last all the way through the opponent's turn too.
I would -4 Huntmaster; +1 Immerwolf; +1 Young Wolf; +1 Full Moon's Rise; +1 Moonmist. Not sure I like Instigator Gang's mana cost. I'd replace them with Reckless Waif.
I've been using a Spirit token deck in Modern from time to time, though I need to modify it as I'm using way too many 3 mana cards and not enough 2 mana cards. Take a look, maybe you could get a few ideas from it: http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/spirit-tokens-modern/ I'm not sure what your shop's meta is, so I'll just suggest random cards I think would be good in a sideboard: I've been playing around with Pauper builds lately and I've found that having Dawn Charm in my sideboard has helped a lot. A fog; regen; and a (conditional) counter on one card is pretty cool. Beckon Apparition is an option for going against graveyard based decks. Zealous Persecution seems interesting, though I've not tested it in a match. Batwing Brume is agood fog option against aggro. Don't forget you're running black, so kill spells are a good idea too. In Modern, I like to run Go for the Throat mainbord, with Doom Blade sideboard.
Sorry to say this, but Growing Ranks can't be used in this deck as it contains a colour your Commander is not: white. Using Rhys the Redeemed as your Commander would solve that problem
Interesting build, how does it fare against more mainstream decks? Silhana Ledgewalker might be a better option than Sacred Wolf. 2 less base power and 1 less mana to gain a pseudo flying ability.
Ready // Willing? or the cheaper option; Rootborn Defenses?
Huntmaster of the Fells and Immerwolf don't play well together. Huntmaster wants to keep flipping, Immerwolf stops him from doing so.
You may want to include something to help against a board wipe. Advent of the Wurm is a nice way to restart the threat count, but I kind of prefer to use Ready // Willing in addition to the Advent. Also, Ready allows for some cool combat tricks :P Rancor would be a brilliant source of trample. Having big threats means almost nothing if the opponent keeps chump blocking them.
How do poison counters work in Commander? In 'normal' formats it's 10 counters and you're dead, but I'm guessing more are needed for Commander?
I did check the prices for the cards, and they're not that expensive. Not super budget, but no expensive either, especially Ethereal Haze, that one is dirt cheap and should be an easy swap.
I know you're going for a theme here, but I just wanted to say that you're some some Treefolk I think is almost necessary in every Treefolk deck: Unstoppable Ash and Timber Protector. That said, Reach of Branches could be cool in here too.
I agree that the Reckoner would do well in here, but I disagree with the comment about Lighting Helix. Besides activating Battlegate Mimic, the Helix is a good spot removal card that helps makes your life slightly more difficult to bring down, and I can't remember how many times I've just barely won because of the extra 3 life. I do agree with vaan104 about Deflecting Palm, Ride Down would be better for an aggro build. Also agree that Satyr Firedancer won't be very useful with only 8 burn spells. Duergar Hedge-Mage seems more like a sideboard card to me. Now for a number of cards I think you should consider: >Creatures: Boros Recruit Arkroan Hoplite Boros Swiftblade Cerodon Yearling >Spells: Double Cleave Martial Glory Intimidation Bolt
Atog + Fling is cool, but Atog + Soul's Fire is awesome :P
