Forestwalk is cool and all, but experience has shown me that trample is easier to acquire, thus more reliable.

I have a Dragonstorm deck too. I use Kokusho, the Evening Star instead of Bogardan Hellkite, and I included 2 Predator Dragon, which helps get Kokusho's death trigger :P

Sad that Seething Song is banned :(

A few cards you may want to consider:
Groundswell
Searing Blaze
Harrow
Khalni Heart Expedition
Steppe Lynx
Plated Geopede

There's one card you may want to consider: Paradox Haze. Targeting yourself with Paradox Haze will speed up the mana output of Braid of Fire. Best part is Paradox Haze stacks :p

You may also want to include more of the god and some X mana spells.

I run a Modern black mana ramp deck based on Korlash, Heir to Blackblade. While mine relies heavily on number of swamps I have out and not about the amount of mana I can produce, there are a few cards in it that might interest you. Specifically Wayfarer's Bauble, I think it would be better than Burnished Hart. The Bauble may only fetch 1 land, but it can do it much sooner than the Hart and doesn't die to spells that target creatures.

Also, with this much mana output, why not use X mana spells like Consume Spirit? I use Corrupt in my Korlash deck, but that relies on number of swamps, so I think Consume Spirit would work better here.

Huntmaster of the Fells and Immerwolf don't play well together. Huntmaster likes to flip, Immerwolf stops him from doing so.

Lava Spike and Rift Bolt are other good 1 mana burn spells.
Skullcrack is good for getting around a burn deck's biggest enemy: life gain. Even if you only put it in your sideboard.

I found a way to do similar in Modern. Instead of the bell, just use Natural Affinity, but to combo with the Wurm, the deck might need to turn into a GB mana ramp deck instead of a control deck.

I hate when people ask me that question...
Farhaven Elf is nice, but you have to wait for 3 mana, so I'd take it out for Search for Tomorrow or BoP.
Cultivate has its good points, so I'm not sure if I'd take it out for Harrow.
I might even consider dropping Scute Mob for the Lightning Bolt. The Mob is nice, but Vinelasher Kudzu fills the role better.

I see what you're saying, but oddly enough, every time I try add some of those types of cards, this deck fails me. If I revert, the deck works :|

Other good warrior related stuff from Lorwyn / Shadowmoor are:
Boggart Ram-Gang
Tattermunge Maniac
Scuzzback Scrapper
Nettle Sentinel (though reliant on green)
Twinblade Slasher
Wren's Run Vanquisher (reliant on elves)
Winnower Patrol

Other spells that also work well with this type of deck:
Rancor
Mutagenic Growth
Vines of Vastwood
Lightning Bolt

As cool as some of the axes are, unfortunately this deck has almost no space for modifications. It's the reason I don't even have a sideboard.

Two cards that ramp and can be played on turn 1 are Search for Tomorrow and Wayfarer's Bauble. Mainbord a few Fogs to buy some time. Lightning Bolt to get rid of their "mana dork" (Llanowar Elves, Birds of Paradise, etc). That should be enough for early game goodies.

No Triton Tactics? It targets 2 creatures for 1 mana, causing 2 heroic triggers.

I'm surprised you are not using Coordinated Assault. The +1/+0 might not be much, but the first strike is. But the main use in here is being able to get two heroic triggers for one mana, and that's nothing to sneeze at.

Leave the Dictate alone, it's your board control.

Altar's Reap is nice, but how badly do you need the draw? I'd actually take out the Elite Vanguards. Yes, they're a nice vanilla creature, but that's also the problem, it's a vanilla creature and doesn't contribute to much when it or others die.

I'd bump Blood Artist up to 4x (or at least 3x), it's going to be a key card in finishing games / keeping you alive.

There's always Undying Evil. And Loyal Cathar is human and he returns from the graveyard.

Is extended still a format? I thought that Modern kicked it out :/

To me, it looks like you're lacking in gaining from the sacs. Blood Artist could be one that helps. Also, creatures that come back from the graveyard (undying anyone?) will also help a lot.

Vampiric Link is an aura that could work in here. Because of the way it's worded, Vampiric Link doesn't grant 'lifelink', thus it stacks :P
