Intangible Virtue for more +1/+1 to the tokens
Guardians' Pledge is a nice finisher, but can also help against global burn.
BW dual lands for Lingering Souls flashback.

Also, Serra Ascendant doesn't quite fit this deck's theme.

Who's the Commander? Might be a good idea to move it from the main to sideboard, visually, it's easier on people looking at Commander decks on this site.

The Paragon isn't necessary, the rats size from their own pump is all you really need. Even the deathtouch isn't really needed. What you might want to consider is Thrumming Stone and Marrow-Gnawer

Throw a Restoration Angel in here. Kiki + Restoration = win :P

Guardians' Pledge is a card I often add to my white weenie decks. It's good for finishing the game or to block and kill.

Oh, ja. As for the lands, I only use basic lands and 4 Terramorphic Expanse / Evolving Wilds (depending on which one I can find when putting the deck back together) and it works fine for me, though I'm only running 2 colours...
Still, having so many lands entering the battlefield tapped will slow you down.

And the land fetch from Terramorphic Expanse / Evolving Wilds reduces the land draws, so that helps too.

Back when these creatures where standard legal, I ran a deck that used Restoration Angel and Cloudshift to rearrange the bonds. Switching bonds can be a very good combat trick :P

Interesting to see blue added to a Pauper deck using the combo, but looking through the cards I noticed that Sky Hussar is an uncommon and thus not Pauper legal. Rewind is still legal because its original print (in Urza's Saga) is a common.

I run a Midnight Gond deck myself, but it has moved onto relying on Sprout Swarm as its main source of tokens.

This is more or less how I'd build this deck:

Maybe you could get a few ideas from it?

I run a white weenie spirit token deck in Modern from time to time. It's a lot of fun :)

I've found Guardians' Pledge to be a great game ender on the attack, but it is also a nice way to kill the opponent's creatures on the defense :P

Thinking of slipping my one copy of Sorin, Solemn Visitor into it. The +1/+0 and lifelink could help a lot.

Main reason my deck has such a large price tag is the 4 Fetid Heath. They're raising the Medium price by about $87 :|

Swarmyard will help keep some of the bigger creatures (like Ant Queen) alive.

I've seen a scary god hand based on Demigod of Revenge. The guy played Avatar of Discord, discarded 2 Demigod of Revenge. On the next turn he played a 3rd Demigod, returning the other 2 from the graveyard to the battlefield, and attacked for 20 flying (3x Demigod + the Avatar) -.-

I don't know. Maybe Detainment Spell? Faith's Fetters does cost more mana, but it does gain you 4 life, it can enchant any permanent, and if the permanent is a creature, it can't attack or block.

Or you could just add Faith's Fetters to the sideboard...

Vigor is an awesome card. Thanks to it, I had a 7/8 Birds of Paradise out ;p (I blocked a Vampire Nighthawk that was equipped with a Lashwrithe). The opponent wasn't happy.

Even if just for sideboard, Vines of Vastwood would do well in here. The Hexproof will "counter" targeted removal and the kicker turns it into a pump spell.

There are some 0 cost artifacts that add mana, they could help here.

Mox Opal
Lotus Petal
Lotus Bloom

Black Lotus
Mox Emerald
Mox Jet
Mox Pearl
Mox Ruby
Mox Sapphire

The second lot are probably way too expensive, but the first lot should be more than enough. You could probably also use stuff like Springleaf Drum and Paradise Mantle.

Similar to what I've been running in Pauper. It's a fun deck.

Heliod's Pilgrim is a cheaper option over Totem-Guide Hartebeest

Interesting choice of Slivers. I went the GW route myself to maximise the +1/+1 Slivers. Maybe you could get some ideas from it:
