Have you considered Dark Confidant? Draws cards and makes Death's Shadow bigger.
Also, Claim//Fame is really good, upping them to a 2 of seems like something worth considering.

Steel of the Godhead shines on bant sureblade. Shield of the Oversoul is best on Naya hushblade. Transguild Courier is the most value you can get out of civic saber.

Decree of silence with solemnity is adorable.

Painter's servant and grindstone together are pretty good.

Goblin Dark-Dwellers is a decent closer and helps blow up lands.

Stone rain, molten rain and goblin dark-dwellers. How many lands can you blow up? All of them.

Greater good and altar of dementia are good in omnath decks. Also you want to play every find land spell you can. Kodama's reach, farseek, rampant growth, hour of promise, sakura tribe elder, farhaven elf, wood elves, skyshroud claim and solemn simulacrum are my favorites to play. Sword of the animist is the best equipment for the deck. Eldrazi monument makes your elementals 6/6 fliers.

And fair decks all scoop game 1 to living end anyway. And the fair decks that play counterspells play snapcaster mage. Losing nothing by including 2 of in the mainboard.

Dredge, vengevine, kci, and snapcaster mage.

Fatal push is really good. So is dark confidant. I also recommend finding room for a couple of hissing quagmire.

Have you considered mono white or blue/white prison with a secure the wastes/white sun's zenith win condition? Play 4x fumigate and a bunch of oblivion ring effects? Banishing light, cast out, stasis snare, and of course oblivion ring. If you want to splash a color I recommend blue for cloudblazer and court hussar. Your other creatures might include things like fiend hunter and/or banisher priest. Our big payoff for running so many enchantments is sphere of safety. And with white Sun's zenith we don't about our own fumigate. Gain more life and eventually get all the cats back? Yes please.
Just my thoughts on an "annoying stall deck".

The problem is what to cut for those 5 cards, I'd say coldsteel heart, fractured powerstone and pyramid of the pantheon are your weakest cards atm, but your 2cmc mana rocks are important to the deck. If stone calendar was 1 less mana it'd be worth it. Unfortunately it's 5.

Have you considered playing angel's grace and Gideon of the trials so you can't lose the game and dealing as much damage to yourself as possible?

Tiny leaders is the singleton 3 cmc or less format. Reverse engineer and thoughts are a no go. But inspiring statuary and blue Sun's zenith? Hoo boy.

I had to read kozilek, forgot he draws cards on cast, not resolution. LED looks a lot better now XD.

Blood/magus moon by itself doesn't stop you, but those decks usually run all the good artifact hate as well.

Is thespian's stage just in there for value? I.e copying ancient tomb? Is vesuva worth a slot?

Like I said, all in all the deck looks super efficient and does what it wants to do as consistently as possible. I imagine a nut hand includes land, sol ring, mana vault, mana crypt and led. Which is only perfect 5. Then you get to draw 7 cards, etc. I just like to try to cover bases. Most of my suggestions go away now that I actually rtfc. Cast triggers are pretty good.

Opt would be much better in the Jace's Ingenuity slot, since it allows you to trigger your miracle casts at instant speed for much less mana.
I realize it says budget, but putting in 1 copy of entreat the angels won't break your wallet. Probably over the 4th vanishment.
