All the buff effects were on the list to nab, carapult and blasting station are in the paper copy I have(same with most of the buffs)

It's just too expensive for me, I moved into the modern formet.
I was lucky enough to be able to trade in 800$ worth of cards during a store promo to build a good modern deck.
Now I just have to sometimes do minor tweeking when new sets come out.

I used to play it a ton, normally played control though.

Limited, commander and modern are my go-tos

No problem, seemed like the kinda card you would want.
I haven't payed too much attention to standard, otherwise I would have more to suggest lol.

I would cut the ooze's to two before E-wit.
E-wit is partly why this deck actually works.

Baleful Strix is banned in modern for good reason.

I feel like Dark deal fits very well in this deck now haha.
I love mindslash with Nath.
It's just a machine gun of discard.
Same with hypnotist.
Overall very sweet deck, with such a low price tag.(lands always bumb the price haha)

Would try to add Hymm to tourach
Raven's crime+life from the loam is decent also.
Lets you abuse land distruction or spam discard.

I was lucky and my store had this awesome sale/event and I traded in a bunch of cards for 800$ worth of store credit, paid for the whole deck haha.
8-rack is fun, mostly because it annoys the shit out of everyone:P

Np, modern is a fun formet and I love playing niche decks.
I play 8-rack and turbo fog mainly.
Both of which are really fun to play haha.

In the end your sideboard will be determained by your meta game.

Also I would turn the duress/despises into Inquesitions(may have spelt that wrong) of kozilek and or thoughtsiezes.

Yeah haha the only reason I am leaning grixis is because I want to abuse waste not+wheels Also megrim/Liliana's Caress work well in this kinda deck.
Besides that Rath looks rather fun haha.

The fact that he costs 3, can't attack for a turn and dies to lightning bolt. If you had the money he might be better off as snapcaster mages.
Also you would want 3-4 surgical extractions in your sideboard(I almost always run 4:P)
I would use them in place of Pilfered Plans.
The thing with extraction is that you can just turn 1-2 beat combo decks with them.
I side them in vs: Tron(stops mindslaver combo), any combo deck(splinter twin included) and graveyard decks.
If you go turn 1 discard spell into pay 2 life surgical extraction removing their combo piece its basically game over.
Vs storm you just have to remember that they normally side in empty the warrens.
Also note you can extract an emrakul in response to the graveyard shuffle, the gy will still go back into the deck, but you can win through the emrakul.

Other good sideboard cards are:
Illness in the ranks(maybe a 2 of)*splinter twin, BW tokens and storm*
This card stops twin dead if you land it, splinter twin makes token copies. It turns exarch copies into 0/3s and pestermite copies just die:P.

Profane Memento can be good vs creature heavy decks.

No problem, it's really hard to get a deck built by yourself.
But take anything we say with a grain of salt because we don't know what your meta is like.

I haven't got around to making a dedicated mill deck, though one of the win-cons in nekusar is through self mill(normally goes: dream halls-wheel until I find omniscience or enter the infinite, sitting there with a had full of free to play counter spells, then just play lab maniac and a draw spell/win).

Oloro is a sacrifice flicker combo deck with a few infinite combos(or will be once it's finished)

I'm just a huge control player so all my decks are based around different control elements:P(besdes st traft.)

I'm a big fan of using :
Temple bell+mind over matter
Dream halls+omniscience/enter the infinite
Defence of the heart(for the Lolz)
Spreading plague(really fun in my obzedat stacks deck)
Winter orb/Hokori, Dust Drinker
Karmic justice

I really want to get around to making a discard commander deck, I play some 8-rack in modern and haven't got around to making a discard commander list. Torn between: Nath, Lord of Tresserhorn or Sedris, the Traitor King.

The concept is good, the practice isn't.
You use him for resilence vs control, but he just does nothing once you get to the late game because they can normally deal with your threats.
I would just rather more speed than wasting my turn 3 on him.
