I like the deck, besides void.Main deck sever seems odd for modern also.Any reason on why you play both these cards? meta choice?(I'm assuming this is a modern tournament deck because of the price and cards in it.)

Storm has and always will be a cool deck, it will be a deck that I never lose to as 8-rack shits all over it with hate:Pbut nonetheless is still a great deck.I find it surprising how many people only bring in hate for grapeshot.I bring in:4x leyline of sanct4x surgical extraction2x illness in the ranksIt's a lot of hate, but vs storm I can literally remove all my removal/creature control.We are both decks that are happy with the bans, while delver was any easy match up for me, Pod was super annoying without the right draws.Oddly enough as annoying as junk is, it's still only a 50/50 match up(same with jund for me) What ever happend to all the hype behind Tormenting Voice? Isn't it just better than ravings? well obviously worse if you don't hit a past in flames, but discarding at random can screw you soooo hard.

I never said you could, I was saying using library in tandem with wheels.Dream halls just lets you cast the wheels for free because you can use library to hold onto Wheels+1 card that shares a colour with them.I dunno, it quickly became my favorite card in commander haha.Even with out it library is the nuts.
Leng works whenever you have to discard, wheels that say discard and not something else work.Leng doesn't work with dream halls, its being able to free cast a wheel with dream halls and place another wheel so you will draw it again/repeat for tons of damage.Yep it's such an innocent looking combo at first, then once they're both in play it's almost impossible beside "split second" artifact/enchantment hate. If they don't have that they literally need enough hate equal to the number of cards you have in hand.My main reason I like dream hall is because once my hand fills up all my counter spells are basically force of wills with an up side:P
If you're going for card draw what about Temple bell+Mind over Matter? It's an infinite card draw engine. and once it is in play it's really hard to beat because you can just discard another card in response to hate.I mostly play dream halls because it allows me to chain wheel effects and when paired with library of leng it can lead to very fast wins.(but I do play omniscience, enter the infinite and lab maniac in my list)My list(not the one on here that one is REALLY outdated) is more focused on Wheels than just discard or draw. Another card I have seen some lists play but I am not a huge fan of is hive mind, forcing each opponent to cast a wheel effect ends the game fast.
too many cards 99 main deck1 commander(we normally put them in the SB.)Why not use wheel effects:Windfall, wheel of fortune, wheel of fate, dark deal etc?They work great with cards like Megrim/lilly's caress/waste not.Also dream halls is a card you may want.Also rooftop storm seems awful, not enough zombies and it only gets around the first cost of nekusar, you still have to pay the additional 2 each time.
I've always had a problem with curves going past CMC 3 while using 4x bob.Maybe a few 4's, but mana 5cmc and 6cmc could be game breaking.
You need more than 1 win con(suture priest isn't a win con)Chalice of life or that enchantment that lets you get a 4/4 angel whenever you gain 4 life in a turn.
