Jessie, you have put forward a heroic effort in promoting this new format. Just putting that out there.Heroic.

good Lord, that would be messy.Auriok Champion would rule, Mask of Law and Grace would be doubly useful.Would run Sun Droplet But thats 3 colors. As for Braid of Fire, would Personal sanctuary be better? Its also a rare enchantment. I put Braid in for the offense, but Personal Sanctuary is solid for defense vs Pyrohemia. Or would a different rare work better?
Thanks! I don't think this is the fastest deck, but it should hang in there.Equilibrium and Propaganda were both brought to my attention by your comments! So, Thanks!rep+1
Thanks! That was a labyrinth of logic, but the result is an astute observation from one of you on a deck that is mine and perhaps from me on a comment that is yours. So I'm happy.
Your case is well made! The flash factor is good too. Thanks again!
Dollar for Dollar, this deck is amazing! Budget with incredible synergy! I imagine playing this in real life could get very cluttered. I am a fan of this deck.Like +1
For the record: like +1
How about Acolyte's Reward in sideboard instead of Divine Deflection?Good work.
Please feel free to comment!
Hey Jessie,I'm not sure if you're still compiling Aristocrat decks, but here's one for you. Red/White. Pyrohemia.Hope you like it.Enjoy!http://www.mtgvault.com/shinza/decks/aristocrat-fire-spite/
Good idea with the DoA. Rep+1
Deputy of Aquittals!! How the <bleep> did I miss that! And its Common!Mother of Pearl..... what goes out......Hmm...lessee..Not Kor Shyfisher cuz its better (ease of casting and permanent bounce)Not Stormfront Riders cuz tokensI really wanted to shoehorn Unstable Mutation or some counterspells in too. Ran out of room.
Hey Jessie,KnightoftheHokeyPokey made an astute observation regarding my last Aristocrat Azorius deck, which was that there were exactly no Azorius cards in it! Properly abashed and chagrined, I returned to the workshop and crafted a new Aristocrat Azorius deck. Here it is...http://www.mtgvault.com/shinza/decks/aristocrat-azorius-alive/Enjoy!
This is a truer Azorius deck than my last one. It actually has Azorius cards in it.I welcome any thoughts or insights.Enjoy!
ugh... no need to be cruel ;)Nothing is that bad.
Jessie, here is the basic idea. There were permutations and variation, but this is the gist.http://www.mtgvault.com/shinza/decks/while-you-were-sleeping/looks interesting, right?not fun. trust me.
I completely agree, but after I've successfully played the lockdown once or twice, it becomes awful to play with too. Certain cards and certain concepts are just...unfun.I had a stasis deck once with Birds of Paradise (w Instill Energy), Stasis, and critters w/ vigilance (before the term existed. Lockdown. I'll recreate it to show you. Point is , it was fun to see if so many moving parts could work. A logic puzzle or a "Is it possible?"Absolutely dreadful for an evening's entertainment because if it worked the laughter died. If it didn't work, the laughter never started.
I just checked out both conviction and flickering ward! Both are great, but I especially like flickering ward. Sadly, its uncommon. What would I sub out for it?Conviction is at least common...what would go?They would both feed the Celestial Ancient like a Golden Corral buffet. I like it.
wow! true! can you imagine? sick.I'm also missing the card draw engine I put into many of my decks.
I took a look, educn07! Its a good idea with one of my favorite creature types!I made some observations and appreciate the opportunity to weigh in.
