Some things that would help: Lotus Petals: If you're going for a speedy win, look no further. Imagine, turn 1, play Dark Depths as your land drop, play and crack a lotus petal for black mana, dark rit to bring out the Hexmage, bam turn 1 Marit Lage. They're only about $8 a piece and are well worth that price. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth: Lets you tap your Dark Depths for black mana, obvious applications methinks Lightning Greaves: Gives Marit Lage haste. Turn 1 DD, turn 2 Tomb of Yawgmoth and dark rit for 4 mana total, 2 for hexmage and 2 for the greaves, summon Marit, equip greaves for give haste, BOOM HEADSHOT.

4 Fabricates or even better Elightened Tutors would help a lot in finding your combo pieces
Awesome awesome combo deck, very well put together. Only thing I can think of to add is Pawn of Ulamog for infinite Eldrazi Spawns, but I'm not sure you need it. Or Gravepact to make everyone sacrifice everything forever. Put again, seems like you've already won by the time you'd get it out.
I'd say lose the black and replace the vampire with Wall of Denial. Why bothering kicking a Rite on the vampire when you can do it to Triskelion for GG? By the time you can produce 9 mana you shouldn't have any trouble killing them with 15 damage after your Triskelion tokens make a firing line at your opponent. Other than that, great deck, an idea I've been kicking around lately myself, can't say I'd do much differently.
Splashing 2 different colors might be a little tricky -- I think you might do better without the blue. Try Vines of Vastwood as a replacement for Mana Leak (since you're most worried about them sniping your Perfects or Treespeakers anyways), and Harmonize as a replacement for Distant Melody. Also, you need more creatures! This is green, after all: running more noncreature spells isn't really the name of the game. Lose the Gilt-Leaf Ambushes and Nature's Lores, Elvish Promenade will almost always net you more elf tokens, and you shouldn't be needing the extra mana accel from landsearching. Fog also seems unnecessary if you have an army of potential chump-blockers. Even Overrun isn't all that important, since Garruk's ultimate is so easy to pull off. More Treespeakers and maybe some Arbor Elves as well would do nicely, and if you can afford it, 4x Elvish Archdruid to accelerate you even more. And where's the Nissa's Chosen to use with Nissa's ability? And if you really want to keep the red in, Bloodbraid Elf is the way to go. That and Fireball, use that with, say, a fully levelled Treespeaker, tapping all your elves for 2 mana apiece, and it should be GG.
You might need simply mana accel? Try Everflowing Chalice and Energy Chamber. Those can get insane paired with one another, especially with multiple Energy Chambers out. Turn 2 Chalice, Turn 3 drop 2 Chambers, turn 4 tap for 7 mana, turn 5 tap for 10.
Mortician Beetle would be a better choice than the Acolyte, I don't see anyone ever activating the Acolyte's ridiculously costed ability, and the Beetle would get huge after saccing creatures to bring out the Demon.
Seems like Enlightened Tutor would work great here, lets you pull out the relevant CoP for each game on turn 1 to cast it turn 2. Or, if you already have that, one of your reflections.
Tome Scour doesn't help and doesn't fit, replace with more counterspells like Negate or Deprive. And if it's protecting big creatures you want, look no further than Vines of Vastwood. Protects AND buffs!
Viridian Longbow and watch your opponent's heads explode.
Awesome. \m/
Gilder Bairn lets you double the number of Sorin's loyalty counters each turn. That lets you either A) Use his ultimate the same turn you cast him, dropping him to 1 counter, or B) Use his +2 the first turn then double to 12 counters after that, then each turn after that use the Bairn to double his counters and use his ultimate. No more turns for your opponent! :D Also run Sculpting Steel to make extra Mindslavers before sacrificing them.
Basilisk Collar on Triskelion = "Remove a +1/+1 counter: Destroy target creature. You gain 1 life." With a Steel Overseer to reload him or, even better, a Blade of the Bloodchief (which will restore counters every time you kill a creature) it's nearly zero effort to wipe your opponent's side of the field of creatures. The life gain is just a nasty bonus.
Its expensive but a Butcher of Malakir kicks butt in a deck like this, every time you sack an ooze or the skeleton your opponent has to sac something too, imagine saccing all 7 creatures from the Ooze and making your opponent sac 7 as well, against most decks that's a boardwipe. Then swing for 15!
Vines of Vastwood
Tectonic Edge seems like an obvious choice and a cheap addition. Also consider Deprive as an additional counterspell, lets you rescue your lands before a boardwipe
It's moreso so you aren't relying on a single combo to win, more options is always better especially with a card that's as good an enabler as the Druid
It doesn't fit the colors, but Sun Titan can let you reuse your Tectonic Edges as much as your opponent has nonbasic lands. Might be worth it to swap White for Black, since the only black card you have now is the 'meh' Brink of Disaster and using White gives you access to, I don't know, Ajani Vengeant? :D Yeah it's leaving standard, but land Destro is his specialty!
Two (unrelated) suggestions: Power Conduit Flourishing Defenses Have fun!
Mind Funeral or even Tome Scour can both fill up your opponent's graveyard with stuff for Wrex to steal
