I run Hedron crab for another trigger, though I could just as easily run spellskite. though if removal become an issue then I could sideboard in Lifeforce Spellskite ius certainly a good call.

well sure, of course grindstone is the fastest way, I just saw Compost and wanted to do something fun with it. certainly not claiming it is the best painter deck. :)
that being said, it still does result in a single turn mill, similar to grindstone.

I posted a painter's servant deck recently.
servant (choose black), plus compost, plus sphinxes' revelation. :)

yeah, I had forgotten about it. saw it while searching for discard cards, and decided that I could break it.
I have proxied it to test out, hopefully it is as fun as it looks. :)

normally I would say yes,

The one thing that I found that I liked about meadow and karst is that the cycling cost is 2 generic, instead of colored. so it can be made 0 by fluctuator. which does affect the W and G costs that steppe and thicket have.
but overall yes they are better cards. :)

perhaps you mean sunbeam spellbomb? and I am not entirely sure about voltaic key. great card, but I don't know what I would take out for it. but I will certainly swap feed the clan for sunbeam spellbomb.

also, do you think that land tax is a good card here, or simply not needed?

wow, that is pretty gnarly... I really like the concept of extraction, but have never really found my own spin on it.

also I am curious, how well does life in the loam work in this build?

I just keep seeing them pop up is all. :)

and of course the ever popular surgical extraction.

what exactly is the win con here? I know I am missing something critical.

is it sac and extraction?

I hate to be that guy, but I was hoping to get some feedback on a deck. I marked it unloved, and nobody has looked at it... :(

any comments and suggestions on how I might improve it would be really awesome. I would be happy to look at yours in return.

could be fun to use blood artist instead of sleeper agent. but the deckbuilder will only use pre-modern cards for some reason.

the graveyard hate simply makes the combo work that much more consistently. can't exile a card from an empty graveyard.

ok, very cool interaction between siren's call and inertia web. :)
