should put inexorable tide in here too. a poison counter every time you play a spell is useful.

Love the glitterfang + blademane Baku. Very fun looking seck on the whole. :)
The problem with this is that most slivers are 1/1 already.
Actually, strike that. I did think of a card. Tainted sigil. Even though you won't be losing too much life, you could potentially gain a ton with it. Just my 2 cents. Since you seem to know a ton about defensive decks, could you take a look at a deck that I am in the process of building? It has only creatures with defender in it. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=337413 Any input would be great. Thanks.
Love this concept. Always like to see unique decks. I wish I could add something constructive other than great deck, but I can't think of anything I would change. :)
Interesting. I didn't know you could target with bury. That is crazy powerful. By current rules though it is treated as if the card said sacrifice, right?
myr adapter. Gets bigger with every equipment on it.
I have 2 problems with this deck. 1: I don't like anti-decks, because they can't do much against anything other than what they were made to counter. 2: it is far to slow to truly combat a sliver deck. The most expensive slivers are 5 mana to play. Other than that, I love the concept. i hate slivers with a passion. I really like choice if damnations, even though it a bit costly to play. :)
Doom blade, ok. Regen, nothing happens. Your creatures die, because the slivers all have first strike and deathtouch too, or shroud: they can't be targeted. slivers are broken.
Thank you. I always wanted to build a deck around the vent sentinel. Any suggestions aside from the lands?
here is a link for the highborn. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewCard_Popup.aspx?CardName=Kalastria Highborn&Edition=WWK&Print=1
Lol. That's funny. :)
Random thought. Did anyone else notice that phyrexian dreadnought says sacrifice, and then says bury? Anyone else find it I that they put 2 different terms for the same thing here?
Dang. Not to mention the tokens she puts out when she attacks.
halimar depths!!! that is the land. very, very good land!!!
only a few cards that I would worry about with it. either mindbreak trap, and yes Iknow it is a tad slow for when you could get the eldrazi out, and the other is brittle effigy. also, maybe terminus, since it niether targets, nor destroys anything, it wouldn't trigger emrakul's abilities, and it gets around the protection.
you should throw in a white artifact destroy card, because with the liquimetal coating, it becomes a destroy taget permanent card.
didn't even know the nantuko shade existed. will most definately replace that. good call. :) and the hero as well, will go in. :) oh, and I forgot a few other cards that I need to add here as well. This was a deck that I built and gave to a friend, but I couldn't remember the eact card list when I posted it.
bummer. That sucks. they seemed so great in this deck too. so you made the switch then. oh well. does it run better now?
or incremental blight? or screams from within? That might help do what the oil did. :)
