I see a start here, to a deck. It is very much experimental. I question a few cards.

I see the theme you have going on, I like it! Something is just a little off...not sure if it is you needing more mana ramp, or maybe something that gives out haste to your creatures...or something that gives out (more) direct damage to your opponent/ability to kill their artifacts/enchantments....

Would Sideboard stuff like Naturalize. Pyroclasm.

Good luck!

Too bad Serra's Sanctum isn't Budget, huh?

In theory, this deck looks like a beast. Would love to play against it, and see how it works in real life.

Good job!

I liked it.

The fact that you do not play Standard, and yet know lots of new cards, that is impressive Warlord.

That is part of my problem on this site. There is more Standard decks put on here than any other type of deck. I like to give friendly advice to people on their decks...but when I click on a Standard built deck...it feels like a damned job looking, learning, reviewing every single card of the deck. lol.

Yep, damn, did not know about Wasteland Viper. Putting him in and taking out Sedge Scorpion. Thanks for that Jumpshot. If i ran more Artifacts in this deck, I might consider Glissa. With Rancor...I decided to try to run with First Strike instead of Trample. So i added Midnight Charm.

And I run Deadly Allures in this deck because I don't think 3 Lures is enough. I added 3 Deadly Allures hoping 6 total cards, in my deck, that make my opponent's creatures block would be better than just having 3.

Regardless, the Wasteland Viper is a must add! I will like your comment, and check out your decks, and see if i can make any of them better.

I agree Northern Warlord, Invigorate is basically free in a Infect deck.

And KJSJ3, i stopped playing Standard (and Magic) after Urza block went out. I just recently got back into Magic. Here is how I view Standard...you have to have lots of money to buy new cards...many of which, are just same as old cards with a new name.

Sorry you aren't getting more votes for this deck.
Looking through the unloved decks, and I like this deck better than any of the others.

Keep up the good work.

Neat idea. Confiscate. Bribery. Treachery. All decent cards.

Or another example.

1st turn. Cast Deathtouch Creature. Either Sedge Scorpion Typhoid Rats.
2nd turn. Cast any 2 out of 3 of these cards: Giant Growth, Midnight Charm, and Deadly Allure. Cast 2 of them on your Sedge Scorpion/Typhoid Rat. Now attack.

Say you cast Deadly Allure and Giant Growth on a Sedge Scorpion. He is now a 4/4 Deathtouch creature that has to be blocked by every creature your opponent has. Good chance there is going to be some carnage.

Or cast a Midnight Charm and a Deadly Allure on a Typhoid Rat. He is now a 1/1 Deathouch creature that has to be blocked by every creature your opponent has. Plus he has first strike, so a 1/1 creature is going to survive after destroying your entire opponent's army.

Here is what I am looking for.

1st turn. Cast Deathtouch creature.
2nd turn. Attack with pumped up deathtouch creature/or cast another deathtouch creature.
3rd turn. Cast Vampire Nighthawk.
4th turn. Cast Deadly Allure, Giant Growth, and Midnight Charm (or cast a single Might of Oaks for an attacking Vampire Nighthawk, a 9/10 flying creature with linklink and deathtouch) on Vampire Nighthawk.

Basically, on 4th Turn you have Vampire Nighthawk be a 5/6 flying creature with lifelink, deathtouch, first strike, and has to be blocked by every creature your opponent has. He is going to be doing 5 damage to each creature, and is going to gain life for each creature he deals damage to.

Thanks for the ideas. My friend was suggesting a deathtouch/flash deck to beat my new Infect deck, and I thought it was a good idea for a deck.

Oh yeah, here is my infect deck I built...

Do you think it could be beat by the Deathtouch/flash deck? If so, my friend is on to something.

Looks solid, dude. What i do, when I make a new deck, is cut out index cards, draw/write the cards, then test the deck against another deck I have built. See how it goes. I would try that, maybe. Test it out.

Good luck.

Thinking about doing a deck myself, of this fashion. Maybe Run some sort of Fog Bank/Lure/Venom combo. I will keep updated on how your deck goes.

Cards of interest:

All of these cards have Flash. All of them are Green and Black, except the Blue Fairy Cards.

Aether Web. Ashcoat Bear. Blessing of Leeches (would work nice with Deadly Allure, maybe?), Boon Satyr, Epic Proportions, (all of the Blue Fairy Flash cards), Feebleness, Feral, Invocation, Gluttonous Slime, Greel's Caress, Jolrael's Favor, King Cheetah, Ragged Veins (interesting), Serpent Skin, Simian Grunts (I like these guys for blockers), Tangle Spider, Tiger Claws, Vernal Equinox, Vine Dryad (potential free card), Wolfir Avenger.

All of these are Deathtouch.
Acidic Slime, Baleful Eidolon, Basilisk Collar, Bow of Nylea (seems pretty nice), Cairn Wanderer (has potential to be god card), Daggerback Basilisk, Deadly Allure (cool), Deadly Recluse (cheap), Deathgaze Cockatrice, Death Hood Cobra, Golgari Keyrune (this card is a MUST in a GREEN AND BLACK deck), Gorgon Flail, Kessig Recluse, Mwonvuli Beast Tracker (I would run 4 in this deck), Pestilent Kathari, Sedge Scorpion (a 1 mana deathtouch creature!), Typhoid Rats (also 1 mana), Vampire Nighthawk (would run 4).

So...with all of that said...I would look at this as a rough start: Oh yeah, You are gonna want to add Lure. Put Lure on a Deathtouch creature.
Blessing of Leeches, Bow of Nylea
Ragged Veins,Deadly Allure
Simian Grunts, Golgari Keyrune
Vine Dyrad, Sedge Scorpion
Typhoid Rats, Vampire Nighthawk
Lure, Mwonvuli Beast Tracker.

Good luck.

Aspect of Hydra has potential. I agree. Hexproof is cool like that, you can still use your instant and enchant creature spells on your creatures, but your opponent can not. Awesome, right?

Thought of making a flash/deathtouch deck? That could be neat.
