My bad, my bad. lol

I assumed the card was expensive like Mutavault and Phantasmal Image, or other cards suggested.

Just...my bad for assuming...but a lot of people suggest expensive cards on here, even though it is a budget deck.

Agreed, not found of Tribals. And try to shy away from Tokens, too, if i can help it. Only because there are thousands of cards...it should be possible to build decks that do not have tokens/tribal spells in them.

Different strokes for different folks.

Running on 3 Mists, probably for cost reasons. With that said, a deck for only 10 bucks is only going to be so good. And I consider a lot of NorthernWarlord's budget decks solidly built.

Why 40 lands? That is way too many.

It is a budget deck. They are very popular on this site. This deck he posted cost less money than a single Phantasmal Image or a Mutavault.

Thopters and Beasts are budget...but check out price for the Angel deck or the Faerie deck, for Creature Challenge. lol
Some are more expensive then others.

Yep, and people keep telling me, "don't sink that low" but if you want comments/likes on your decks...you have to do the same to other people's decks.
Truth.

Might would consider putting in the Sideboard for multiplayer games. But in single player games, one on one, the idea is to use Instants to pump up your creature for a lethal attack. Groundswell, Invigorate, Mutagenic Growth, and Might of Old Krosa are usually the green spells played.

But maybe you are right, Ancestral Mask may just could work in this deck because it is Enchantment heavy.

Sleep, that is a neat card, and new to me.

I noticed you have no 3 mana creature in the deck. What about Phantom Warrior?

No, I can't add that joker!!! He is broken! Too powerful. But thank you for the suggestion. Disciple of the Vault does rock, especially in Artifact Affinity decks.

Thanks for the advice!

Interesting concept, I like it. Always wanted to try to build a deck around cards like Contamination or Pestilence.

Fun to play with...but aggravating to play against.I hate Blue Control in Magic. Always have. Who wants to make a great deck, take weeks to do so, then play against a deck with nothing but Counterspells and Bounce spells. It sucks!!!

But, sadly enough, I think this Faerie deck will be in the top 3 out of 12 decks in the Tourney.

Thanks for the like!

Honestly Barracuda, I can't decide. Since you only need 10 total poison counters....Groundswell seems amazing! But Mutagenic Growth is also amazing in that you can be tapped out of mana AND still use it.

That one is totally your call.

Good luck.

Thanks Spiffmeister! I think it will do good in the Tournament. All the decks are: Human, Angel, Vampire, Zombie, Goblin, Dragon, Myr, Thopter, Beast, Elves, Faeries, Mefolk.

As much as I hate Faeries...being overpriced and powerfully controlling...I think they have the edge.

Anyways, thanks for the support. I spend a lot of time thinking through decks...designing them...if there is any decks that you have, that I might be able to help or like, just send a link.

Ugh. No. Checkmate, friend. Why I do not play Piledriver (besides him costing an arm and a leg): I despise people chump blocking a pumped up Piledriver with a 1/1 creature. Plus his low Defense of 2 makes him very easy to kill. But with that said...Lackey is a 1/1 and so is Warren Instigator and Skirk Prospector.

I will give you this, PhyrexianPossum, on My Turn 4 Example up above, a Goblin Piledriver would of been attacking for 64 damage!!! That is insane.

This is my 777 posting. That is good luck. Maybe my Creature Challenge deck theme will take off. :)

I do appreciate the advice PhyrexianPossum. Please help out more, if you can! Look at my decks and look at the Creature Challenge Idea. I wanted to build 12 decks. 2 artifact. 2 red. 2 black. 2 white. 2 blue. 2 green. All creature decks. Then I wanted to battle them in a Tourney.

Anyways, any advice, on any of the decks would be greatly appreciated.

And if there are any decks you want me to look at, just drop me a link.

Thanks.
