Wise words :)
Not even sure if he is to young or even interested in card games. Hope dinosours will get his attention.
The art of deck building is what lured me in - but that has to wait.

Interesting card, what would you take out for it?

Still, that might not be enough. Working on a Winota deck too, but it's a real deck building challenge. Balancing low-cmc non-human creatures with a reasonable amount of good non-tribal humans....

Looks like a solid first attempt. Brewing on Mardu humans atm...
Little surprised General's Enforcer didn't make the cut.
Specific purpose of Seraph?

Ufff dont thinks gree in worth it. Groundbreaker is basically uncastable therefore only reanimation target.
Cindervines is a sideboard card, Primal Forcemage is not an Elemental and Giant Growth often just a risky Lightning Bolt.

Flamekin Harbinger searches your missing combo pieces.
Faithless Looting enables crsy turn 2 playes with Thunderkin Awakener.
Temur Battle Rage ends games, so does Thud.

The mana base r/b could then use a tiny bit of upgrades Foreboding Ruins costs nothing Dragonskull Summit/ Sulfurous Springs / Graven Cairns about 2$
You really dont want to play so many tapped lands in your aggressive Ball Lightning deck...
If you really need to be 3color at least get Savage Lands....

oh this looks fun. Nova Chaser does not have haste and can only be reanimated with Thunderkin Awakener if you got an Ashenmoor Liege / Incandescent Soulstoke.
Thunderkin Awakener Reanimator + Cathartic Reunion ect is so nice... Faithless Looting could be one turn faster.
Lightning Skelemental is soooo sweet just a tiny bit of black untapped duals would add a new power level.

Im really interested in Elementals as I'm building a version on my own...
Don't like your enchantments though. You really need Primal Rage?
Domri, Anarch of Bolas seems like a striked upgrade to Rhythm of the Wild and yet its still only for the sideboard if you fear counter spells. Gaea's Blessing is a nice mill protection. 2 should be enough?! Smokebraider does add 2 mana for elementals. Also Risen Reef is the best elemental ever run a playset.

This is my current budget build, would be sweet if you had some improvements too

I noticed without some catchy name or an astablished community no1 bothers to look at your deck, and why should they stroll through a bunch of home brews?!
If you want your deck to be raided, you need to comment other decks and hope they return the favor.
Also tagging your decks and wringing a description helps a lot...

As I really want to push modern elements (cause I'm loving this new synergy based and not lord based play style) I need to find some interesting decks to commend... oh and also find the time to do so..

Rekindling Phoenix is nice scarifice fodder but the little token gets killed but almost everything.
I'd replace him which Teysa Karlov. Reassembling Skeleton could probalby be a Hero of Precinct One. Just think of how many multi colored spells you have and who gives you more fodder.

Thats my take on Aristocrats:

You basically run a mix of
esper midrange
https://www.mtggoldfish.com/archetype/standard-esper-midrange-83311#paper
and
esper control
https://www.mtggoldfish.com/archetype/standard-esper-control-65611#paper

The thing about mox amber, it does not create mana intil you control a 3 mana planeswalker. That makes you jump to 5 mana on turn 4. As you only have two 5 mana cards is that worth holding a dead card for 3 turns!?

Etrata, the Silencer is a combo card. In a build around deck. Otherwise she is almost a 3 power 4 mana legendary deathtoucher, which is not what you want...
A single The Elderspell is fun, more can be in the sideboard.

Hi there. Could you explain the a bit more?
You go into blue for a single copie of Oath of Teferi in the main board.

Gideon Blackblade is an agressive planeswalker in a control deck.
Why dont you run little and big Teferies?
Kaya <3 Ashiok, I see how Ashiok makes her ultimate stronger but is that reason enough to run 2 low impact planeswalkers while you have barely any early game?
Interplanar Beacon is very usefull vs aggro.

Just some ideas, hope it helps

Not sure what blue brings to the table. Collected Company limits your potential of running counters or card draw. Jwari Shapeshifter is strong just like Phantasmal Image was in 5c humans, but you probably dont wan't Halimar Excavator as an alternativ win con?

Ondu Cleric could be moved to the sideboard?!

As Allies came out, I build an agressive +1/+1 counter based Ally deck:
https://www.mtgvault.com/germynator/decks/hard-allys/
Maybe both can be mashed together!?

No problem :) I noticed "Dub"s combo with Knight Exemplar but all but your 1drops are Knights already. Are those worth equipping with Dub? Its not a bad idea but looks a bit inefficient, thats why I wrote "I am not sure"
Oh and looking at your curve, you play Knight Exemplar on turn 3, Bontu on turn 4, skipping turn 5... Wouldnt it just be better to hope for 4 mana on turn 4 for e.g. Day of Judgment? or cast your Sanctum Seeker on 4 and play a Fumigate on 5? If you plan on having 2 Knight Exemplar out then you really should have at least 4 mana when you need your wrath effect...

Looks like a fun deck :)

A few minor thinks
Touch of Moonglove could probably be replaced by Virulent Swipe, Supernatural Stamina or Vampire's Zeal.
Not sure if I like Dub.

Caves of Koilos costs basically no $.
Vault of the Archangel or something else to use your mana late game is often helpfull.
You probably don't have Legion's Landing?

One of my favourite BW aggro cards is Zealous Persecution.

" it gives me those precious Colorless for Thought and Matter Reshaper"

I noticed you probably think of this "wastes" / “eldrazi” / <> mana as something new rare or special.
Let me guide you through the world of colorless mana.

First of all the names: Matter Reshaper costs (2) generic mana {2} and one <> colorless mana {c} .

Little detour: Judge's Familiar costs a hybrid u/w. So it can be paid with u or w mana.
Relic of Progenitus costs one generic mana. As we know it can be paid with any mana: u/w/g/b/r/c.
Therefore a generic basically is a hybrid of those 6!

If and only if e.g. Sanctum of Ugin (as it reads on the card) would tape for generic mana, meaning hybrid u/w/g/b/r/c then you could use it to pay for a Lightning Bolt or a Path to Exile. And obviously that's impossible.

Therefore Sanctum of Ugin is tapping for colorless mana. Yes, that precious <> mana.
In fact any mana source that does not produce colored mana does produce colorless mana (duh).

Just to make it clear again: no card has and probably will ever produce one generic (1) mana.

That has been the case since alpha and was just a laziness of wizard because {c}{c} is longer to write on a Sol Ring https://magiccards.info/al/en/269.html then (2) and prior eldrazi there was never a need to make the difference clear.

Long story short. All your land produce colorless <> mana and casting Matter Reshaper is the easiest thing in the world for your deck.

I think the deck looks fun. The right amount of artifact ramp vs creatures needs to be playtested.

Minor tweaks would be cutting a Artisan of Kozilek for a 3rd All Is Dust.
Sea Gate Wreckage might be good card draw for low opportinity cost. Not sure which land could be cut though (1 Scavenger Grounds!?) .

Depending on your local matchups you might want to leave in Titan's Presence. Other good early game removals are Spatial Contortion and Warping Wail. Might keep then ready in the side board.
