Vampire Nighthawk is an awsome card. Flying, Deathtouch and Lifelink all for 3 Mana is massive.
I noticed that you have many Zombies. Therefore, if you are just going for the Deathtouch "Death Baron" would be a nice idea?!
I have a Zombie Deck myself (http://www.mtgvault.com/germynator/decks/grown-zombie-modern/) if you want to get some ideas. I only play Modern though. Carrion Feeder would make my Deck extremely good but he is Vintage...

Sorry but I dont get the deck concept.
Its a Vintage, with a really high mana curve.
The only concept of the deck seems to be sacrifice, but there is nothing in there to support that (except Dregscape Zombie)

Really trying to help here, but your deck build seems to be a different style then mine.
I guess randomness is alot of fun though :)

Nice version of an outlast deck too :)

I prefer "Cenn's Tactician" over "Herald of Anafenza"
1/2 is great for 1 mana but he does not offer a buff to creatures with counters nor is his outlast ability cheap...

As your deck is all white "Brave the Elements" could help.
Is Sunbond fast enough for you to work? It costs 4 mana, but I guess with first-strike and lifelink its godly.

Is "Heliod, God of the Sun" an idea?
Over all i think the early can be tough but late your unstoppable.

Awesome deck, based on "Notion Thief".
Seems like you put a lot of thought in it.
Especially like the "Laboratory Maniac". Nullifies the risk of deck-out and makes an other win option :)

Do all those delve cards have enough fodder to work nicely?
Guess "Whispering Madness" does that?

Also, how do your survive the early game? Are those black 1 drop hand controls enough to slow your opponent down?

As you only have 6 creatures, what you think of board clear? "Damnation" for example (the black Wrath of God)

Like the deck Idea. Seen an expensive version with Chromanticore already, but not as budget mono black :)

What is Fleshbag Marauder for? I don't see tribute fodder except the rats. Same for Altar's Reap.
Isn't Sign in Blood the better version, especially in Mono Black?
Or maybe a Skirk Ridge Exhumer would be an idea? Discard option and Tribute fodder in 1 card.

I like Rotting Rats alot. Maybe a bit hand control could work in here. Rakshasa's Secret pops into my mind. But maybe there is some other card that lets both players discard?! Also the self milling could help.

Liege of the Pit is the cheapest dark trample I could find (with his morph).
Or Abyssal Persecutor is an option, if you keep Marauder and Reap!?

I like the deck :) Seems well thought through.
Maybe Karametra's Favor for mana fix and free card draw. But that about all I can think of.
Silhana Ledgewalker also has hexproof in case i can spend 1 more mana for hard to blockables.

Whether to include the Lion or not is a tough choice...
Why you dislike Warriors' Lesson? Possible 2 new cards for 1 mana!?
Reap What Is Sown needs 3 cards to function properly. Travel Preparations is a much better choice :)

What do you think about Gavony Township and Llanowar Reborn!?

Flamewake Phoenix from the new set could be a nice addition especially with Faithless Looting as discard tool

Hundred-Handed One is fun. At first I thought I miss read his text. Blocking additional 99 creatures. xD
With Acolyte's Reward that's a neat comb. Have you tested him?

Basically all your creatures are white human soldiers. Can we take advantage of that?

Well both Ajani are good. But they are kinda expensive both mana und money wise

Fleecemane Lion is of cause the the first monstrous that comes into mind with {WG}

Okay i tested the deck abit.
Hero of Leina Tower never worked out for me. For early game its a costy heroic effect and in late there are better cards. Mistcutter Hydra might be an option in case you are looking for late game mana waste

Phalanx Leader worked out incredible so far. I think maxing him could be valid.
Time to Feed and Time to Feed both force a fight and therefore are weenie creature removal. But does this serve a purpose in here?

Ordeal of Nyle is also an option in case you like mana ramp along with your +1 counters.

Your devotion to white is much bigger then to green maybe Heliod, God of the Sun is an option. Reverent Hunter on the other hand seems strange with only 4 other green creatures.
Is Acolyte's Reward a good card?!

Are you still working on the deck? It seems to lag 4 cards. Also you don't have creatures with the Outlast effect right now :(

The Deck is twice as expensive, and yet i think better with those expensive additions...

Oh I see. Don't known to much about the Standard Format. It's changing to often for me as a casual player...
