An acquaintance used to run a UGW Ally deck that won off mill. He used the green one that adds mana for how many Allies you control to help pay for a kicked Right of Replication targeting the mill ally.

This... is actually awesome :P I should try it sometime. Maybe I could even tweak it to be close to a competitive deck :)Elvish Harbinger could help fetch Viridian Joiner. Ancient Stirrings could help fetch Umbral Mantle. Harmonize would be cool too... So many options
I tried to design this so it can run without Heartless Summoning, hence the Wayfarer's Bauble. So, sadly, as awesome as the Myr is, I'd rather not sit with a potentially dead card. The Demon is nice, but I'm not found of the tap effect.
Seething Song is banned in Modern
Commenting on your decks got me to design a new version of Dragonstorm :p http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/dragonstorm-modern/
This version feels closer to the combo storm I'm used to. Sadly, Geosurge can't be used to cast Dragonstorm or any of the other non creature cards because of an annoying line that says "Spend this mana only to cast artifact or creature spells."
Whenever I see Dragonstorm, all I can think of is combo'ing to win off the cast of Dragonstorm. For that, when I picked up the deck (I have a Dragonstorm deck too), most people where storming into 4x Bogardan Hellkite (just checked, they are about $2 each) to deal 20 damage, but I already had 4x Kokusho, the Evening Star, so I switched out the Hellkites for Kokusho. In addition to the Hellkites, people used to run about 2x Hunted Dragon in case they drew a Hellkite, but again, I switched those out with 2x Predator Dragon so I could both devour a Kokusho for his death trigger and to attack for 6.Lotus Bloom and Seething Song where used to help ramp up to storm on about turn 4, but sadly Lotus Bloom is about $5 each and Seething Song is currently banned in Modern. I'm still looking for replacements I'm happy enough to use :|Manamorphose and Gitaxian Probe are good for 'free' draw spells and storm count. Manamorphose also helps get any off colours (Dragons do have a number of coloured mana symbols) and Gitaxian Probe helps check if you're safe from counter spells.
Before I make any other comments, I must ask; is there a reason you chose those specific dragons?
A few cards that may interest you:Boros CharmIntangible VirtueSpectral Procession
The best token generator in green (imo): Sprout Swarm :P
Like I suggested in the RG version of this, a way to search for Semblance Anvil is needed, but here, the first card that comes to mind is Fabricate.
Your 'combo' needs Semblance Anvil as much as possible, so I suggest a way to search for it and the first card in colour that comes to mind is Ancient Stirrings.
None of your creatures, you only have 14 of them and the deck is mostly useless without something to target. I'd say move Indestructiblity to sideboard and put the removal in its place. Also, you could remove the Titanic Growth for protection spells?
Removal good, replacing your one drop with it... not so good
If you go 2-3 like I suggested, you could add 1 more Honour of the Pure to the sideboard to switch with an Intangible Virtue when you side in your protection creatures.
Oh, ok. Nevermind then
I'd switch around the numbers for Honor of the Pure and Intangible Virtue, the vigilance from Intangible Virtue is just too good. Or maybe go 3-2 in favour of Intangible Virtue.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Bushi Tenderfoot can be used as a Commander. Sure he turns into a legend, but he doesn't start out as one.
Ever thought of adding Quest for the Holy Relic?
Personally, I don't really see the point of Craterhoof Behemoth. Ezuri fills the role just as well, possibly better and he can protect all the other elves from a board wipe. I've found that, more often than not, by the time I've had a good board presence to use Craterhoof Behemoth's ETB effect to kill, I've had enough mana to do the same, if not better, with Ezuri's 'overrun' ability. That said, with Ezuri being a legendary creature, I never run more than 3 in my decks.Devoted Druid is a nice creature, but I've come to like Heritage Druid more because it allows me to tap all those summoning sickness creatures for mana, especially the tokens. Not to mention, you could just use both.
