I've been playing since around 2003 and there's a lot of cards I still don't know. When designing decks, I often use this website:

http://gatherer.wizards.com/

It is Wizards database of every MtG card ever made.

Peer Through Depths can help dig for any of you instants or sorceries.

A few cards that may interest you:

Lashwrithe - makes your big creatures even bigger :p
Wayfarer's Bauble - best colourless land search card as it puts the land onto the battlefield, not into your hand.
Tendrils of Corruption - a kill spell that gains you life.
Corrupt - slightly more expensive than Tendrils of Corruption, but can target players, so it can be a game finisher.
Ghoulcaller's Chant - returns 1 creature or 2 zombie creatures from the graveyard to your hand. Korlash is a zombie. (more Grandeur)
Revive the Fallen - returns 1 creature from the graveyard to your hand and has a chance to return itself to your hand. (more Grandeur)
Mutilate - board wipe. Any creature you equip with Lashwrithe will survive.

True, but a surprise trample can make all the difference. Not saying you can't use both.

Of course the trample damage would be poison, it's still the infect creature doing the damage. "Infect" affects the result of a creature's damage to other creatures and players: -1/-1 counters for creatures and poison for players.

Colossal Might: 2 mana instant that grants +4/+2 & trample. And it's only about $0.20 each, very good and very budget, imo.

Seeds of Strength - it targets 3 times, thus causing 3 heroic triggers. (and you can split the targets)

Boros Garrison <- this deck's new friend. Only use 2 though.

Just an idea: To increase the untap effect from Intruder Alarm, you could include an enchantment that can animate a land (there's a lot of them), then all you need to do is animate Forbidden Orchard, thus eliminating the need for the untap creatures. And with an animated Forbidden Orchard, you could enchant it with Freed from the Real. Freed doesn‘t allow for infinite mana, but then Suture Priest only costs 2 mana.

I've run Dragonstorm on and off for a few years now and I've found that just 4 dragons (Bogardan Hellkite) was not quite enough as drawing one of them before storming happened quite often. I suggest trying to work in 2 more dragons, and my suggestions on what to add are either Hunted Dragon or Predator Dragon, depending on your preference. I use Predator Dragon because I swapped out Bogardan Hellkite for Kokusho, the Evening Star.

A card that I'm surprised not to see in here is Lotus Bloom. Suspending just one Lotus Bloom almost guarantees Dragonstorm on turn 4 as it counts as a spell cast (for storm) and grants 3 mana at almost no cost.

Gutter Grime is a little pricy for my liking (5 mana). Mitotic Slime wasn't included for the same reason.
Golgari Germination was considered, but it didn't quite make it into this draft, later tweaking may see it added.

If you can wiggle in just a splash of Blue, you could include Paradox Haze. It will cause all the fungi to get spore counters a lot faster.

Another card I like to include with my fungi is Supply // Demand.

A friend once ran a UB deck with Dovescope in it. He used Leyline of Singularity with it to and ran Hunted Horror and Hunted Phantasm to get more out of the Leyline.

One of our club members plays vampires regularly and another often plays a zombie based mill deck, so Victim of Night might not be that good a choice... at least not as a main board card. I'm keeping Go for the Throat as an option because we don't have many members playing many artifact creatures.

Thanks for the like :D

If you want to increase the number of Scarecrows, I suggest looking at some of the Changelings.
Also, Momentary Blink is another 'Cloudshift'. They're a nice surprise destruction and / or protect a Scarecrow from targeted removal.

Unflinching Courage costs the same and does very similar to Armadillo Cloak. Unflinching Courage is modern legal and the only difference is Armadillo Cloak's life gain effect stacks while Unflinching Courage's doesn‘t.

I want to suggest Rancor; Mutagenic Growth; and Vines of Vastwood. Sadly, Rancor goes for about $2.10 each; and Vines of Vastwood goes for about $2.50 each; not exactly "hyper budget". Mutagenic is about $0.90 each; so maybe?

Setessan Oathsworn would work well with all those enchantments and targeting instants. ($0.15 each)
Ring of Kalonia is another option I can think of ($0.25 each). Won't work too well with Setessan Oathsworn, but it'd work very well with all the other creatures.
Young Wolf is another good 1 drop creature. ($0.25 each)
Prey Upon makes for a nice removal spell ($0.15 each). Using it on Setessan Oathsworn will first make Setessan Oathsworn get 2x +1/+1 counters before the fight effect; and using it on Deadly Recluse can kill any creature (because of deathtouch).

A few BW dual lands could help for flashback of Lingering Souls. It'd even allow you to add a few B or BW spells into the sideboard.

have you thought of adding Purphoros, God of the Forge for all of Norin the Wary's "bouncing"? Impact Tremors could work in a similar way too.
