Oh yeah O-ring, don't know why I forgot that one... Looks good now... Also, I was thinking of making this deck myself, a good combo is Blood artist with Teysa, as you will gain that little bit more life everytime and gain a token... Just ideas for sideboard...

Signal the clans perhaps, to help get the creatures you need. Being Gruul also Zhur-Taa Druid would be better than arbor elf, as a Gruul player, you should be keeping the hurt on your opponent as much as possible, and 1 damage while tapping for 1 mana is awesome... Also Feral Animist. With his ability you don't need giant growth or titanic growth, as he does it himself!!! Which works great with Ruric Thar. You have Domri Rade already, personally I'd go down to 2 (I don't like to rely on Planeswalkers too much) and go to 4 hellriders. Since you're running Naya, Frontline Medic is another great option, as your creatures all become indestructible, not just Tajic. Aurelia is another awesome choice. I'd sideboard Avacyn's Pilgrim, in case you find you need a faster ramp. Sideboard some more bloodrush creatures to keep it fresh. Maybe even sideboard some advent of the Wurms?
whehey matey!! Calm down love, only trying to be helpful, you don't want people to comment on your decks don't post them on this site.... How am I supposed to know if you have those cards or not? Maybe you had them but forgot about them? I don't know, I can't see your collection...... Little bit touchy over something like that dontchya think?
Rootbound crag? Kessig wolf run? Couple of lands that could help gruul..
Merciless eviction, sever the bloodline, angelic edict, angel of serenity, fiend hunter. All good replacements.
This would be a really nice deck in Standard if it wasn't for that unmake
haha yeah. Nah it's an answer to thing like Supreme Verdict, Terminus, Mizzium Mortars, Cyclonic rift, Aetherize, and a whole lot of other burn and hate spells.
Never forget the number one rule in magic, the card takes precedence over any rules
And I gave you a legitimate answer, sorry I wasn't trying to be a dick and didn't mean to sound like one. I know where you're coming from and even if there is no creatures that attack, the turn still passes through that phase. If you have ever played magic online you can see this in action.
Beginning of combat, I don't know what you aren't understanding..... There is always a combat phase even if no creatures attack, it's how the turn works....Here is what it says word for word."Exile Legion's Initiative: Exile all creatures you control. At the beginning of the next combat, return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control and those creatures gains haste until end of turn."Does it say anywhere in there "if no creatures attack"??? No? I didn't think so. Basic rule of magic, read the card......
yeah but it would be safe to start trying again.
If you activate it in your turn, it's the opponent's combat, if it's in the opponent's turn, your combat. And yes they can attack / block as normal as they gain haste
It is rather important, I never used to sideboard, but I'm glad I do now.... But remember if you do, the sideboard has to contain 15 cards.
ok up to you, is your deck after all....
Good deck, scary counters, can see Azor's going off easily, but your main problem is Verdict....
Herp durp modern
That is your biggest mistake LolDragonBorn. No sideboard means your deck never changes, meaning you might win the first game, but your opponent is just going to sideboard in what they need and wipe the floor with you the next two games..... Highly recommend a sideboard.... 4 Boros charm, 3 Massive Raid, 3 Thalia, 3 O-ring, 2 Legion's Initiative.
LIGHTNING BOLT ISN'T STANDARRRRD!!!
Ooohh yeah, sideboard Massive raid!!
Dimir just have too many fun cards now with Dragon's maze, so many annoying possible mill decks :)
