It is. Throw it on Biomancer or thragtusk and you're set.

Farseek is 10 times better than caravan vigil... Lets you put shocklands onto the battlefield.
Arbor elves and Elvish archdruid instead of dawntreader elk. If you're after ramp then hit with powerful spells take a look at verdant haven too. Can get that out turn 2. Gaze of Granite will kill your guys too so be careful....

Got a few too many cards in there? 8 rancor, 8 tragic slip? 8 nighthawk? Go hard huh?

Well detention sphere costs the same as O-ring...... Detention sphere is a good sideboard swap for O-ring to counter token decks where needed. Sphinx's is a good late game swinger. Even for something like a 4 X cost gives you 4 life and 4 cards....

Secure your mana base by including shock and dual lands. Having 8 white / blue lands can be helpful in tight situations. Also, for sideboard ideas, Cyclonic rift, sphinx's revelation, azorius charm, supreme verdict, terminus, geist, o-ring, aetherize, detention sphere, nevermore, curse of exhaustion, sphere of safety (especially with that many enchantments), righteous authority. Tons of cards that would compliment this deck.

well if it's for legacy it's all good. I don't do legacy, too many cards for me. Well if you don't have it I guess I can't hold it against you lol.

Instead of riot gear, unflinching courage. Otherwise too bad it's not standard otherwise it might have been a good standard deck...

Well as much as I may like Moa, Ninja has a point, it is a good legend remover. Take out Moa, it's better in a more heavy populate deck.

Yeah sideboard thraggys. Same with Ninja, side counterparts and get call of conclave in there, or even centaur healer....

ok now you've gotta sideboard some stuff. I'd say sideboard the Moas and have them in only if you feel you need to be musclier than the opponent, the same for Trostani, only if you feel you need that extra life. I'd also side some thragtusks for that extra muscle again. and take out one parallel lives, 3 should be enough to get you at least 2 on the field...

And to keep it going you can toy with them, Trostani, Selesnya's voice & Bronzebeak Moa, can give you health and give you a powerful creature every turn.... Go for 4 Parallel lives, it doubles up on itself. 1 - 2 - 4 - 8 - 16

If it's copies you are going for Parallel lives, HAS to be added. 100%. Having said that, Clone & Cackling counterpart. Intangible virtue to protect your creature tokens. Master Biomancer for some seriously buff creatures. You will need the ramp so farseeks and avacyn's pilgrim. Maybe even Gyre sage. This is a great idea you have, I'd like to see where this goes.
