He's there so when the opponent is locked out with the combo you can say I WIN WITH TIBALT. :) Or just wait till they are at the right amount of life to use his -4 ability :)

Hellhole flailer isn't WEAK in competitive play, he's just very situational. You would sac him as a response to say a kill spell, or block a fatty then sac him to do bonus 3 damage.

Maybe not..... THey usually print certain things through 2 basic sets...

I'm going to take this deck to another place where there are even more competitive players. See how it goes there. If it wins or goes well, hell I reckon I've made a deck worthy to take to the pro tours, which is pretty exciting :)

So far the M13 dual lands should be safe, but the innistrad WB, UG, RW, RB ones are not so sure. With the guilds still in Standard I daresay they will..

Innistrad BLOCK (Innistrad, Dark Ascension and Avacyn restored) and M13 SET cycle out when the Theros Block starts in September / October. There are a few months where we will have Return to ravnica block, Innistrad block, M13 and M14 all at once in standard.

Oh well, just tryin to be helpful with your mana. It's a tough spell to get off..

If you focus your mana dorks on elves only, you can get more bang for your buck with elvish archdruid.

It won't cycle out until Theros in September / October, but I can't wait!!!!! LOL

I hate Geist with a fierce passion. The only card I can't wait to cycle out. And it cycles out as the new legendary rule comes in as well, which is good.
