I'm not wrong, and the people at wizards can be wrong. Simply read the cards. Increasing states that if the spell was "cast" from a graveyard, effect happens. If you copy the spell, the text will be copied, but you can't copy where a spell came from. Since the copy was not "cast" from a graveyard, effect will not happen.

It simply stacks up. You can copy and take extra turns. Think about laying out a turn order, and for each copy, inserting a turn before all others.
There is one thing you are wrong about, if you cast increasing vengeance from the graveyard, and then copy it with dual casting, you will only have the original spell, and three copies. Two from the vengeance, and one copy from dual casting. Increasing vengeance states that two copies are made if it is "cast" from a graveyard. Since dual casting only copies the spell, it won't create a second copy.
Go back and figure out how you want this deck to work. The deck feels like you want either Delver or mindshrieker out, then keep the field locked down. Vapor snag simply stalls, and pillar won't handle anything large. Also the gitaxian probes risk you second drawing a miracle spell. Also, are you targeting yourself or the opponent with mindshrieker? Anyways, for starters, I would drop 1 faithless looting, and one mindshrieker.
I would add rot wolf, it works nicely with the master of the wild hunt.
I don't think white is worth the splash. It's really not adding anything worthwhile. I think its best to stick to mono green.
The name says Delver Vengeance. I was expecting to see some Delvers....
I try my best. Good luck with the deck.
Faithless looting isn't going to help your "tempo". Accorder palladin is okay as a 3/1 for 2 mana, but I expect that you use it for the buff. Since it doesn't interact with the mentor, you could drop them for signal pest, putting youcloser to gaining power in galvanic blast. Rather than phantasmal bear, you can play delved of secrets. At 20 spells its got a fair chance to flip, and will have a form of evasion. From there you can add in one or two white spellbombs. With mentor out, and being artifacts, they have massive value.
For burning vengence, I think you should always go four. You only have 8 creatures, that can be handled quickly by many decks, and both have some form of evasion, I think artful dodge isn't worth while here. This deck uses burning vengence to make the flashback more valuable, thus grabbing an exiled card with tunic seems wasteful, since none of the spells will be game changers. Faithless is nice for card quality, but it becomes a mill card once you are low on cards. I would suggest some counter magic, because you don't have optimal for hexproof, or enchantments.
Yes, Squee has come up before. I would hate to see the mirror match with Squee as a planeswalker though.
Those double costs are going to be difficult to hit consistently.
Lol, Jparks. "i can take sweepers all day" didn't you say you lost to a mainboard 4 suns? Also. I would drop a tribute and add another o-ring. That's just me though
I think mentor of the meek would be a good addition to this deck.
Omnath, locus of mana Pyromancer ascention Spreading seas Small pox Beacon hawk If goblins got a planeswalker, who would it be? Also, don't forget to read Ender's shadow after Ender's game. It is completely worth it.
Many parts of this deck don't function well together. To start, I would remove the triple black cost. Next. I find day of judgement to be counter productive... If your opponent has so many creatures that you need to day, then they will probably recover faster as well. Lastly, I think you should drop isolated chapel. And just use 4 more forest. Remember you need the basics for the non basics to come in untapped. also, having a first turn bird is probably the best play for this deck.
Why panic spell bomb. Why grand architect? And why mental mistep? If you please.
Two tezzy gambit should be a good addition.
I think a silver inlaid would do a much better job.
I don't think you have enough spells to be running delvers
