well first i would switch out terror for go for the throat or doom blade, that way you can kill one or the other... then i would indeed take out flux. Blue decks can pack in much better cards than that for drawing what is basically a "draw x cards" card. I would also take out petals like you said, it just isnt that solid, and also i would take out the library like you said. Its not needed with all the drawing you can have going. For cards that i would suggest to take out to make room for the cards you need to add in, take out arcane denial, no need to give your opponent extra cards advantage and also take out fact or fiction, diabolic vision does the same thing but on steroids. I would also add IN a persecute though. It is really good for this deck.

I could suggest rite of flame? Really good mana ramp for mono red dragons ( i would know because i run it in my build of this deck) its 1 mountain for 2+ all other rites of flame in the gy. That could be a potential 1 mana cost for 6 mana... Pretty good IMO
Good call. Another thought i had was that you could sideboard in some burn cards like lightning bolt for the same isochron combonation. Using the same card multiple times when your opponent can only use a spell once, IF you dont counter it, is just so fun.
no prob. Another thing to think about for standard is you may sideboard an artifac or two like nim deathmantle because its rather solid +2+2 ev en if its mana cost is a little bit high for what it does, still, i like it.
Maybe add in a spectral flight? It could give your creatures you dont attack with like pridemate +2+2 and flight for only 1(island)... Not bad at all imo
I'll give a +1 here just because ik how hard mono colored standard can be to create on your own..
I mostly agree with manafreak here, but i think i would add in purely go for the throat, mainly because if you need to you could even kill your own creatures that way. I would also take out a army of the damned because in my personal experience with my casual format zombie deck, it really is a win condition. Unless your opponent is specifically saving a day of judgment just for that, there isnt a way to come back from 13 2/2's. I would also add in a couple more unbreathing horde just because if you are playing a controll freak and he cancles all of your mini zombies, you can play unbreathing for 3 and have him be a kick ass win con with 10 zombies already in the gy.
Take out shimmering grotto and kessig wolf run. The only way to get wolf run is with shimmering grotto, and the odds that your are playing against a red deck that you would need the extra +2+0 is very slim. Better, IMO, to just put in islands and forest and combonations of the lands to get the mana you need to perform the combo.
Alright well first things first, you want 4x Bazaar of Wonders if that is the main focal point of the deck. other than that, i reall like the deck and i could suggest the addition of a isochron scepter. It exiles a card so you can play it again and again without paying its mana cost. I would suggest adding in a counterspell for this exact reason. If you exile counterspell, you can use it multiple times and counter the preliminary cards that weren't countered by bazaar. Then once they are in the graveyard already, bazaar will take care of it in the future. Perfect combo :)
It appears that you are sticking in standard for this deck (good for you, i suck at standard) but if, once it cycles out of standard, you could add in arcane sanctum as a land, has all three mana types you are chasing. I would also add in some more draw cards, just because with whiteblackblue decks, card advantage is the best thing you can have. Maybe a preordain or two? And in your standard deck, i might add in a doom blade or go for the throat; creature removal is one of the best things black can do for this deck.
Oh really? Still having to pay mana cost for that even though it could possibly be in the negatives... Well that kinda stinks. Never knew that :(
I may suggest dark ritual. I run it in my vampire build, which mainly focuses on 4 mana cost drops. Your mana pool is much lower, and will be more efficent for it, but for early starts or late game win conditions, its just a solid card for many black decks. (oh yeah, and it doesnt cost 1000 dollars, if its on sale :p) (usually around 1 dollar or so)
Take out both fyndhorn elves and add in an overrun? (IMO) It seems to me that you will already have plenty of mana, green never seems to be short on mana, espically with 4x Llanowars, and overrun just as a win condition because if you have big guys as your win condition, why not make them bigger, espicall when they have trample?
alright well my first question is do you actually own all of these cards, or is this a theoretical list that you will make some time soon? If its just a list that you dont actually own, i would take out some of the chunkier priced cards just because lets face it 160 bucks for a basic izzet deck is a little much. (I recall making one for under $25-$30 back when i made mine) If you do own all of this, then i will reply if you tell me you do with what i think should be taken out.
+1. Espically like the training grounds with Caravan Escort. turn 1 (island) training grounds turn 2 (plains) Caravan escort. A 5/5 first strike on turn two? Yeah I could live with that
Oh good for you guys. My buddies and I play casual, no cards barred :p My bro has a deck that can spit out blightsteel or darksteel turn 2-3 every time using tinker & other assortments of cards like such.. Its such a pain to deal with.
Vampiric tutor really fits this deck well. Get whatever card you want sooner than you would have, and you lose a couple of life for it but hey, why not grab a death's shadow and boost him by losing life? Win win.
I would suggest Indomitable Ancients just because my friend runs a deck extremely similar to this, and when you have that with doran out, its just unfair...
Ah. Well I know im also looking for good dual lands also, only ones i have are from ninth edition... But if you find yourself with some extra cash hanging around, and dont know what to spend it on, i would suggest that.
With all these exiled cards, why not sideboard in a karn if you find yourself getting a bunch of cards exiled later on in the game, and bring em back with him :) I think that would be an awesome win condition: "Oh and ill restart the game now" "Yea, ill just take all that stuff and start with it on the field no big deal..." that would kick ass IMO
