yeah i thought about doing it like that but most of the decks that have enough creatures for me to worry about are R/W anyways so doom blade will be fine most of the time... there are a couple of mono black and black/red decks so the go for the throats are mainly for them...and creeping tar pits...bleh.

fuel for the cause or throne of geth?
all well and good until someone drops a revoke existence on him....
They don't regenerate it reads "return reassembling skeletons from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped"
splash in blue for control so you can survive to get your flesh-eater imp out and get it through.
re did the lands and put in the blades...but i currently don't have any fetchlands being that i just started back playing and I can't afford to drop $40 on 4 cards atm :*(
He hasn't been crowned king b/c he cost 4 CMC to play and most infect decks are trying to win by the time you could cast him. 1 plague stinger + kicked Vines of Vastwood and Vampire's Bite > 1x Flesh-eater Imp....or for that matter even a buffed Inkmoth Nexus. If you are going to rely on the Imp to kill someone you may be better off playing Blue for control and Distortion Strike... just my opinion of course.
solid deck...just pray you don't go up agaisnt a Creeping Corrosion.... You may want to consider dropping something or like 1 each of some of the x4 creatures for Throne of Geth since you have such a large artifact base to begin with.
dissipation field is about worthless....you could replace it with something better, and cheaper...even honor of the pure would be better.
too many singles...consolidate with the better creatures for more consistant draws.
DISTORTION STRIKE go go~! Your 2 really only effective creatures (Putrefax) isn't worth anything blocked.
seems a little slow to start though... maybe add in some more fast creatures or more removal
I would make room for Hero of Oxhid Ridge and/or concusive bolt. otherwise looks good.
maybe add in some removal....lightning bolt, bure the impure, galvanic blast...something
you might want to check out Contested War Zone and you probably aren't going to need to run 4x Victory's Heralds. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=145516 check out my knight battle cry deck

contested war zone??
but unlike darksteel plate...BtE is a surprise card and cheaper and effects all of my creatures. It's not there to save stuff really it's there as a white version of overrun. I have the white knights b/c there's a lot of people playing black around here and the first strike is awesome. i want to keep the deck at a high tempo so keeping the 2 drops up a litle bit and the 3 and 4 drops down to where they are seems to work out. w/ 3 heros usually by the time i have 4 lands out i draw one or get one before hand... being stuck with 2 of them might mess w/ the tempo... i do actually have 5 of them and 5 crusaders...i'd max out the crusaders before the heros actually.
if you are going to put in even 1x True conviction...consider dropping Victory's Herald in instead. honestly if you need the lifelink at that point it might be too late.
Yeah I would take it out against control decks but since I think the new "it" deck around here is going to either be a deck similar to this or a R/W battle cry deck i think i'll keep it MB. I thought about War Zones but I haven't been able to get my hands on any yet. In the draft on release day we had a guy open a pack with one as a rare and another foil one...pretty random...or i guess not really random.
