whatever you want man. a turn 1 It that Betrays will end any game though. its not so much fun for your opponent, and only legal in casual play lol

turn 1: Swamp, Dark Ritual, Entomb (put It That Betrays in GY), play Exhume, target ITB, turn 1 It that Betrays, opponent scoops.

I would exersize caution with Chainer. he allows you to drag stuff out of the graveyard, sure, but he is VERY easy to kill at a 3/3, and his exit the battlefield ability could be very relevant

get a job, ya bum! lol......Magic isnt as much of a kids game as they market it to be lol. its an investment for a lot of people. start keeping cards like Geist and Lily now, when theyre "cheap" and youll be able to post stupid expensive decks for kids to go "whoa! youve got 4 Snapcaster Mages???"

no youre right, and Jace IS that good. but most collectors get their playsets before they even bother trying to get their actual deckbuilding cards.

hellrider was the replacement for Hero of Oxid Ridge, and got better. too good, almost. Hellriders replacement is (sadly) Rubblebelt Raiders. a 4 drop with similar ability. hellriders rotation makes me sad.

except lotus petal is out of modern, where this deck would run...Invigorate is also out of Modern, making it currently the only card keeping this from being Modern legal

Mond - Nice deck. I thought Ponder and Top were restricted in legacy?

they just die...and leave behind a token that just keeps getting bigger. Are there ways to deal with it? sure. there are ways to deal with anything. THIS deck is not nearly as good as it was pre-dragon maze, and Voice and Advent are 2 big reasons why.

Bant control without Voice of Resurgance is like a van without wheels. also, Advent of the Wurm.

the only creature that it con win like that with is a one drop infector, like elf, so adding more creatures doesnt mean a better chance of drawing it, it means your deck is more cluttered with stuff you wont use as much of.

this deck can win on turn 2 as is. although, adding invigorate increases the likelyhood by 4 cards.
