It's important to note that Elvish Piper and Quicksilver Amulet do not CAST creatures, they put them into play. emrakul's ETB (and other eldrazi) only triggers if they are CAST. This can be from your hand, or from a cards ability (like dependants path) but piper doesn't cast. Just a tidbit for you to consider

Goyro's Vengeance gets emrakul out as early as turn 3. You lose him at the end of turn, but he reshuffles so it's all good

Maybe consider using Azami as your commander. I do in my mono blue wizards, and she creates an amazing draw scenario. Also, add Myr Battlesphere and Wurmcoil Engine to your fatty list. Those two cards are the reason that my mono blue deck can win with Iona on the board. Also I didn't notice if you have one, but if you're adding mindslaver, make sure you add academy ruins for the lock

Lose skyknight for Reckoner, snapcaster is better than archeomancer, I'd run 2-3 sphynxs rev

One drop spells are cheap and make her flip easy late game. Possibility storm/ curse is also a boardlock

Kismet is infinitely more relevant. it taps their mana and slows them down. B/O is good in standard only because Kismet isnt there.

the commander is in the title. dont be rude. you know exactly who it is, and your comment adds very little to the value of the deck.

thats the thing...it doesnt NEED to be expensive. if you stay in standard this is about as good as it gets while keeping the cyclops idea. if you wanted to run it in a modern format, you could put in Curiousity and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and a bunch of card draw and just shoot your opponent to death by drawing out your deck. that could be fun in Modern

the benefits of this deck are that it is Standard, it is FAST, it is fairly competetive, and look at that price tag. its budget.

the drawbacks being that its only got one main win condition, with a Talrand fallback. you should be able to burn for enough damage to get there though. Ideally you turn 1 Delver, flip and swing on turn 2, turn 3 cyclops, and turn 4 pump cyclops and win. its possible with this build, but your local metagame will determine if its going to work or not

since he is a Legend, I would run 3. then drop a land and both inaction injunctions to add 4 unsummons to protect Talrand or clear a path for Cyclops if you dont have Artful Dodge
