especially when this deck, as currently listed, is planning on winning turn 5. if you wanted to make this a token based deck, youd need to stay alive until turn 5 before you could even start producing tokens from Talrand. the cheaper stuff...krenkos command...i guess helps a bit

both of them would mean that youre running 8 additional non instant/sorcery, lowering your odds of getting to what you need. Honestly, I like Talrand better than Pyromancer, because Talrand makes fliers.
you can make a token based red/blue deck...then Dragonshift is relevant if you can get to 7 mana.
yes. anything that says "Copy" skips triggers on those creatures. if it says "cast" it gets them. Cipher works, but its slow.
a couple things: with Nivix Cyclops based decks (or Talrand, or Pyromancer) you dont want a ton of extra creatures. Yes, Electromancer makes your instants cheaper, but when you have 2 Cyclops on the board, you want to be drawing an Artful Dodge, not a goblin electromancer or other random creature. (for the math lovers: 2 cyclops + 2 artful dodge, plus a pillar of flame, or shock, or unsummon = 2 unblockable 10/4 creatures swinging in. electromancer didnt help at all in this particular scenario, and its a potential turn 5 win. electromancer, dragonshift, chandras fury, temporal mastery, Cackling counterpart, ect all slow you down.

dual casting does not cast a second spell, it puts a copy on the stack, therefore not triggeting cycolps (or guttersnipe, or curiousity, ect) a second time.
also, Pilgrim pairs with Reckoner and Boros Charm for an infinite lifegain loop, if you want
so..your creatures are pro red, sure....but how do YOU stay alive, as you are not pro red, and by the time you get to the 5 mana needed to play the Marshall, you will have taken damage..... I HAVE AN IDEA!!!!! add Nearheath Pilgrim! then you can play it unpaired before you drop Marshall, and then soulbond them together!. when you tap those 5 goblins to deal damage to creatures and opponents, sure, you lose 10 life, but you also GAIN 10 life, for EACH target Marshal hits! Amazeballs!
How is Delver of Secrets not in here?
well it has too many cards...thats one thing. also, Changelings make awesome creaures in a Reaper king deck specifically the Ameboid Changeling/sliver overlord combo.

the artifact lands are banned in Modern...for specifically this reason (well, Affinity, but this is a similar idea) sorry bud.
you should have Invoke the Firemind in here though.... (x)RUU - Invoke the Firemind deals X damage to target creature or player or Target player draws (X) cards. with Niv on board, you choose to draw, and you get both out of it with niv effect.

Curiousity on Niv is an insta-win in 1v1 play, however people might hate you for it
