I win when I win. This deck doesn't have a timetable, there are control elements to it, life gain, copying, and flashback. I wittle the opponent away, when there are enough swamps in play and a Chromatic Lantern, then the game is most likely over. With two Ghast, either real or one copy, all I need is 10 spells to win. The number of spell to win depends on how many ghasts in play. Should the spells dry up, there is always Kessig Wolf Run for the win. This is what I'm talking about, you have little knowledge about how to build. My guess is you only know aggro type decks, which is fine, but certainly isn't the only way to win.

It's sad how little you know about deck composition and building; it's sadder still to know you've been playing magic for over 5 years and can't do these simple things. You've learned nothing and know nothing. BTW, it wasn't me who gave you a -1 on your comment, but it obvious you gave me negatives like a petulant child. Just FYI, -1 do not affect my rep when commenting on my own decks.
Originally it was in, but there isn't enough control elements here to support it. Thanks though.
You would never be able to come up with an idea like this let alone improve on it. You still wear velcro-strapped shoes because you can't fucking tie laces on your own.
Seriously, Hellhole Flailer, put it in now. Can be hasted by that worthless witch and built up to be saced for damage equal to it's power. How in the hell do you have only 2 Varolz? Makes no sense, none, nada, zip, zilch, zero, didily squat, bubques, crap, nil, nix, nothing, null, naught.
He's not completely pointless here since they gain scavenge at mana cost. Deadbridge is 4 for 5 (I would suggest including if you are keeping it this way) and Dreg Mangler is 3 for 3. After that he becomes pointess. Overall a gross misuse of Varolz though.
I thought about using it, but decided Faith's Reward would be better and cost 3 less. Avoids the board wipe more effectively.
That's what the sideboard is for. I considered this with Cyclonic Rift, Mutilate, Witchbane Orb. In reality, I would primarily use shapeshifters to copy Crypt Ghast for the Extort and mana ramp. For every copy made there is a +1 Extort/mana. Plus the shapeshifters are feasibly there to copy opponents creatures. I wouldn't be against trading a copy. My biggest issue is Supreme Verdict.
Put at least 1 Angel of Serenity for the game changing momemtum shift. Verdent Haven bad, 4 Farseek better. Not loving Lambholt here considering you are running r/g/w with considerable options for blood rush i.e. Ghor-Clan Rampager. You have to many instances of red mana in a deck that has only 8 symbols. Not a fan of Fiend Hunter main deck. My real feeling about this deck is it comes off as too slow with no delay or mana ramp to over come itself. I would rather see fog then some of the selected spells. Look at what you can do to either mana ramp or delay harder.
Taking suggestions or other comments. I love home brewing.
Too slow, but slightly better than Increasing Ambition.
I see how it is, you never troll my page but Toms page is ok...eff you. LOL
Nah, Dreg is way better than Deadbridge. The deck is pretty consistant to begin with. With a curve which is basically setting at 2, I'm sure waiting for 1 black to showup is worth the card and the mana split.
The only other option beside Cyclonic Rift is Devastation Tide. This also forces stuff back to your hand, but you will most likely have less on the board when you use it.
This deck is a joke right...what did you do? Do a text search for 'battalion' then find out which cards cost $20+ then insert 2 of them? You have 0 removal in the main deck with 2 Aurelia's, which will never get played in one on one format. To top it off you put cloudshift in here just to get Aurelia to trigger twice in a turn, clap* clap* clap*, congrats.
Took the original idea and applied the evolve function. Thought putting Geist of Saint Traft and producing a 4/4 angel over and over again would move the engine a little faster. Geist of Saint Traft is also good with Ulvenwald Tracker. Once you attack the 4/4 angel is on the battlefield, if you have a roadblock in the way of Geist, just use Ulvenwald Tracker to remove the threat by having the creatrue fight the angel.
If I were to recreate this, I would first start off with instants that were 1 - 2 cost only. Then I would put in every scy/draw card availible to speed up the process of getting Guttersnipe. Throw in nothing but burn and unsummons, along with Snapcaster Mage and you will have a speedy turn 4-5 win standard deck. Your sideboard will need to be able to deal with artifacts, enchantments, and boardwipes.
Arbor Elf and Avacyn's Pilgrim. Guildgates suck... Not a very focused deck, I'm guessing due to lack of cards. Did you know Alpha Authority and Madcap equal unblockable hexproof. Reduce to 60 somehow, shouldn't be hard since you have so many 1 ofs.
I love the consistancy with most cards maxing out at 4, but I have to question using farseek being that your curve is so low and you already have Arbor Elfs. I would use that slot for either more enchantments (O-ring), some burn (Searing Spear), or some Ash Zealot/Stromkirk Noble. If you really want to be frosty, get yourself some pilgrims to help out with that double {W} from the Paladins.
Malignus is first out when I board bolas in. Bolas is SB fodder though...I don't want to depend on combo driving the deck.
