There are cards that say to draw when a counter is placed on it. But that doesn't help here since it only draws for itself and not other creatures having counters put on them.

Thanks for the explanation. I can't explain most of my more complex combos very well without showing them. :(. Words are complicated.

green sun works within the 1 mana format as long as you only target creatures with a 0 mana cost. such as dryad arbor, which wouldn't be too bad in here I think. :) other than that... yeah.

yeah, figured the lower mana curve was better than the iffy life gain.

That depends on the cards. Some have gone way up in value after they rotated.

I can totally agree with that. :). Also I think in a non enchantment deck out is probably better as well.

Checked it out. Very cool. The extra mana certainly seems to speed the deck up a good deal.

Well, s say it appears that there is no. And from what I read on Wikipedia it seems like a pretty cool concept. Sad day. Maybe sometime in the future there will be an adaptation, but as of right now there isn't one.

Hmmm... Dang. I am looking for some advice on some non creature support for a deck that I am designing. When was the last time wumpus was on? Doesn't seem like I see him too often.

done. although if I can get out the aluren all my creatures are free. :) I guess that I could also swap out Blunt The Assault for a couple of Fogs. that might be good. I kind of like the life gain it gives.
