You don't really need it for yourself after you get through goldfishing, you need it for your opponent when you explain it.

I can't tell you how many times I've been slapped for forgetting something like this... Okay, three. Three is how many times.

It's a Maga list, so a little bit yeah. It's not as bad as the run of the mill "lol makez lotz of manaz to kill d00ds", but it's still there.

True, he can be used interestingly, but very few people do anything more than make him play the deck for them.

Rafiq Is my number one hated as well.
Kaalia, not so much, I actually stick Maga in this slot.
There are four Aurelia players at the shop... They're all essentially the same deck.

Hey, it'd still be less of an auto-pilot design than Zur is at least.

Delver vs Nimble Mongoose is an interesting argument most people got over, but right now I just feel I'd rather have something with Shroud that becomes a 3/3 instead of a 3/2 with flying.
Magic grows more and more prohibitively expensive with each year, it's sad.

Thanks, this is my favorite way of doing Storm personally. " It's so crazy it just... Might... WORK! " - Pistachio Disguisey

It was either that or "First you must sacrifice a goat under the harvest moon to summon the grimoires keeper, and he shall ask you three questions; Do you have Excedrin? Do you have the ability to keep track of imaginary resources and do the math in your head? Do you really want to do this? If you answer yes to all three questions, you may begin your search."
I don't like trying to explain Doomsday to people at this point.

I said I'm not good at poetry. I knew it was something seven something, and that there was supposed to a break word, but thought that it was six/seven/six.

It's one of my favorite bits Shakespeare did, quite the plain pick I know, but it's so wonderful a bit on life's fragility. And just realizing Deathrite is examining a skull I knew I had to put it.
I'm not very good at poetry myself, so forgive my incredibly crude attempt at returning the favor of your haiku.

I deny you your play
Pleas fall upon deaf ears. Come;
There is still the next game.

Dear God this is brilliant.

Also, kudos for making me listen to one of the best Pink Floyd songs.

Hahaaaaaaaaaaa! That's beautiful!

I think pompousness is reserved to Storm mostly, it's usually just being cheeky when you play lockdown/out.

What makes it even better is that I hear there are Tentacle Grape card sleeves available online. If that's true, I know what will find a home in them.

Vendilion Clique is the unsung hero of all RUG decks in my humble opinion, and in this case it makes perfect protection before a Show and Tell. I find myself reminiscing over NO RUG thanks to this deck, and then remembering why I hated it as soon as I start to play it again.

Yeah, Maverick took the worst of D&T and made it worse... It runs all of the easiest outs to this deck, and on at least one occasion a player LAUGHED when I played Emrakul since they used Oblivion Ring... Maverick is the bane of my existence in competitive MtG.

@Sure: That's beautiful.

You say evil like it's something that I view as a negative trait in this game, that is most certainly not the case. The reason my decks have come out as they are is because Sure had a challenge to see who could make the cruelest most evil deck.
The reason I like decks like this is that everything is connected. Hands assemble virtually from anything, and while some might seem quite scattered, they all have the underlying principle of crushing advantage and burdens. It's partly the reason I chose Mr. Sinister as my avatars this time around, it's engineered luck.

And you didn't sound angry at all, but I can kind of see how it could have been viewed as such, I chalked it up to the ambiguity of text, and hoped for the best.

Nothing particularly surprising, but it has been faring quite well. Burn is burn.

I have been trying to figure out who that was lol! I'm skipping out on the PS4 probably, it can play movies in 4k HD, which is nice, but it can't handle gaming... The GPU in the PS4 has actually been the reason some games that were going to be on it jumped over to Xbox One(Phantasy Star for instance).
Also, ohmygodkillerinstinct. That game is gorgeous as is, and while easy to jump in and play, there's always going to be an almost unstoppable advantage to the person who learns how to chain longer.

Lol, I am okay with this.

A resolved Æther Vial in a decent aggro-control deck eats this alive, same as anything that relies on CounterTop to slow the game to its pace. Abrupt Decay is also an easy out for tempo BUG lists to stabilize under.
Honestly the worst two decks for this are Maverick and Fish right now. Maverick is one of those bane of my existence decks, but Fish is just because of how the deck is laid out.

Lands is a bad MU regardless of what you're playing if it's not Storm. Lands will always be Lands.
