Atog can allow you to double up on Ravenous Intruder.

Similarly, Workshop Assistant lets you double up on Myr Retriever. With Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector making them cost less.

Fling is another card to consider. Sacrifice artifacts to Ravenous Intruder, attack, then Fling.

I've been working on this deck for years, and sadly, any 3rd colour slows down this already slow deck (there's a loooooooong setup time). The best red card for a deck like this is probably Rakdos Charm. Instant speed 1 damage per creature for only 2 mana is pure awesomeness.

Funny part is, the deck has evolved to win without Stronghold Discipline.

Actually, no. My highest cmc card in the deck is Stronghold Discipline.

Tempered Steel is worth considering.

I have an Orzhov deck that wins by giving the opponent creatures :P

And then you attack with those 20+ tokens only to have the opponent cast Batwing Brume. This is a small dream of mine which never happened because Splinter Twin got banned in Modern :'(

My Pauper deck based on Sprout Swarm and Presence of Gond. Hopefully it can give you some ideas.

- Sprout
+ Sprout Swarm

How's that? Pro's outweigh the con's, imo.

You're missing the best Saproling producing instant: Sprout Swarm.

That was a recent change and the creator of this deck hasn't been on in a while (from what I can tell). In the future, please be sure to check the date the deck was posted before pointing out banned cards.

Voyaging Satyr is the only thing close to Arbor Elf (that I can find). Worth considering as Arbor Elf 5-8.

Rapture Spire / Transguild Promenade sounds like a good addition, or at least worth testing.

For your Pauper EDH deck, Holdout Settlement and any in colour Panorama would be good.

I'm thinking of testing Naya Panorama in Evolving Wilds slot. While it requires mana to fetch a land, it doesn't enter tapped, and it can tap for {C}.

While availability is a problem, at least cost in New Zealand isn't as bad as it is for me. I live in South Africa :'(

Pallid Mycoderm doesn't interact with Aquastrand Spider. The spider requires the creature to have a +1/+1 counter on it, Pallid Mycoderm only gives a temporary +1/+1 boost (no counters). Something like Ivy Lane Denizen would be the card that combo's with the spider.

That's the beauty of Sprout Swarm; Selesnya Evangel; and the Fungi: you spawn them so often, and consistently, that losing a few is almost insignificant.

That's why I said Sundering Growth is a sideboard card.

Swarm strategies like these tend to grow so fast that they overwhelm most slower decks, making flying not as big a problem. Anti flying is a sideboard thing.

I too have a problem with a mainboard Druid's Deliverance. Unless Fog effects are the focus of the deck, like it is in Turbo Fog decks, Fog is a sideboard thing. (FYI, Dawn Charm is my favourite 2 mana Fog)

If enchantments are a problem, Sundering Growth is possibly the best option for a token deck.

As for Pauper, it's a format that limits you to only commons.

Looks much better. You may want to include a set of Evolving Wilds and maybe a Quicksand or two. Quicksand sitting untapped has prevented many attacks against me, and with Selesnya Evangel's ability; Scatter the Seeds; and Sprout Swarm all being instant speed, you can use Quicksand for mana at the end of the opponent's turn.

I'm not saying they aren't, I was just listing what I would personally use. If I had to include an anti flying creature, Deadly Recluse is my preference.

Anti flying is a sideboard thing. Personally I'd use Take Down or Plummet to cover this. No need to block a flyer if it's no longer on the battlefield.
