i like to think of harrow as a rampant growth, exept that the land comes into play untapped, and as payment you need to be able to tap for 3 instead of 2. but when you throw in the fact that it hits double landfall and thins the deck an extra land, it is more than useful, no matter how few colors are in the deck. because i only have 2 primordial hydra, i'm not too woried about hitting them with genesis wave. i agree that gsz would be great in this deck, but idk what to drop. if hydra isn't working for me after a few tries, maybe i'll drop them.

oh, yes it is. i'm sorry, i had completely forgot.
skullclamp and painters servant. probably -1 conjurer's ban, and.... idk..... -1 land? skullclamp will keep the deck running at high speeds, and painter's servant can make everything white for some serious removal or black for some sacrificing shananigans.
Seton, crosan protector is absolutely deadly in druid decks.
actualy you are misstaken. i have a druid deck myself (and it's remarkably similar), and i've tried omnath in it. but all omnath really does is sit their. his ability to hold mana isn't really necisary because you have plenty anyway, and pumping him is just tapping out your elves. joraga warcaller is much better than omnath in this kind of deck.
ascention triggers at the end of the opponents endstep, and only checks that turn. therefor loss of life during his turn doesn't matter.
yep, black splash just for those two. and thelon's second ability.
fetchlands, and needledrop really shouldn't be in here. if you want to draw, i'd suggest gitixian probe over it. that way you can draw and still have mana to spare. if you dont care for the probe, goblin guide would be a much better alternative to needle drop aswell. and if your looking for a final swing, roiling earthquake is pretty awesome. if you dont like the earthquake, you could use fireball or red sun's zenith. also you might want to sideboard slagstorm and/or pyroclasm for anyoing affinity/goblin decks.
harrow provides mana fixing, and gets 2 cards in graveyard for lavamancer. which creatures do u suggest i swap out for call to the grave?
for some reason i beleived that if you had one of the combo pieces in hand the combo wouldn't work. i guess i just wrote this way to late at night. though if you could somehow slide in a copy, it'd be kinda funny as he'd be a 13/13 and all of your creatures would pretty much be free.... but if you're planning this to be tournament quality, i definately understand the neglection of him. i also feel like survival of the fittest would be better than fauna shaman in here. you can use his ability imediatly if you have extra mana, and it is harder to remove. other than that, awesome deck. sorry for the animar comment.
....naya giant deck.... ......Elvish handservant...... ......kithkin greatheart...... *goes and makes list* Thanks for the idea!
ANIMAR, SOUL OF ELEMENTS?! seems like he'd be just about jesus in this here deck.
that there is a high compliment! morblid bloom does look pretty amazing, but i really want to keep this deck with a low mana curve, because late game i'm gonna be using all my mana for pulling shinanagins with ghave. however, if you have any idea of what to take out, i may put it in anyways. Also, what would you have done differently? i would like to see other peoples' point of views.
well, when he finds that perfect curve, PLEASE GIVE ME THE LINK!!!
MUCH BETTER!
well, i guess they dont suck. their just not usefull enought to outway their cost. i learned that the hard way just before i made this version cause frankly, my bombs only costed up to 2 less which just wasn't as good as dropping a few more weenies. so i dropped it down so now my "bombs" (urabrask and magus of the future) only cost five and that way wont sit in my hand. oh yes, animar can get out of hand very quickly. the main problem is trying to fit in all the things that make him insane in a sixty card deck. it's just really hard to do. actualy, come to think about it, there is probably a perfect mana curve for animar, where if you insert him into that deck and drop him turn three, it should be able to play almost EVERYTHING for 1 or less. ask your friend to try to find that curve. XD
u no, i was surprised you didn't include sliver legion, considering the title. w/ gemhide and ancient ziggurat you'd be able to play it.
i know, i know, but i also just wanted to see how what i could do with a regular Animar deck. EDH is pretty straitforward when it comes to animar, but it's hard to compact all of animar's power into a 60card deck.
this is much better. i like mayael's area, but i feel like R/W would still be a bit better.... idk. at any rate, i think it might be better if you dropped zigurat and a shrine for 4 windswept heath or wooded foothills. it might be a bit more dependable with that base, and will also benefit from lotus cobra. mimic vat seems kinda random, but if you have alot of trouble with removal, i can understand it's inclusion. i'd also suggest more verdicts, another hamletback and more borderlands, but adding those would upset the three color ballence you have at the moment. i'm sorry i cant suggest something to take out.
Ya, come to think about it, if you only need 10 artificers for it to quallify as an artificer deck..... i forgots about that. i took a look at your giant tribe and commented.
