Well even though Howling Mine might seem good early on why give your opponents a chance at getting their much wanted cards a turn earlier like say Blue Mill/Red Burn/Black life/ discard/5 Colour Control try this for a deck 20 Mountain 2 Coat of Arms 4 Dragon Fodder 4 Tarfire 4 Lightning Bolt 3 Boggart Shenanigans 3 Goblin Chieftain (since Goblin King is no longer standard) 3 Raging Goblin 3 Murderous Redcap 3 Stigma Lasher 3 Boggart Ram Gang 3 Goblin Assault 3 Ball Lightning 2 Siege Gang Commander Sideboard 3 Rise of the Hobgoblin 3 Rosheen Meander 3 Caterwauling Boggart 3 Banefire 3 Fireball

Dont play 24 land thats 4 to many instead Boggart Shenanigans are the better choice and Tarfire should be in this deck instead of Howling Mine and what no Boggart Ram Gang.... Murderous Redcap is another good choice....as for Non Basic lands only Auntie's hovel is a goblin land but its not useful really.
Forget Dragon's claw and Howling Mine plus Din and Rage instead Id put in Boggart Shenanigans and Goblin Assaults.

Im surprised to see a White deck that doesnt play Light from within.
And Dralnu is there why? Put in Traumatize or Twincast anbd Reminisce seems useless take out 2 Dralnu and 2 Reminisce and put in 2 Traumatize and 2 Twincast.
Hahaha a buddy of mine played this deck at our FNM last week and he went 3-1 but I dont think it was card for card cause it had swamps in it and more remove souls and more S.P.
I played this exact deck at my local FNM 2 weeks ago but instead of Pithing Needle and Unwilling I played Mogg Fanatic and something else plus I had Ghitu Encampment mainboard .
You stated on my comment about You having NO Oona's Prowler's in this deck saying that Overbeing of Myth would make it a 1/1 then somehow kill it and I was wondering how you come to that conclusion cause if your smart you play a Blackguard the turn or turns before Prowler.
Doesnt Overbeing of Myth say that its Power/Toughness is equal to the amount of Cards in its controller's hand? Yes Yes it Does and that would make Prowler a 1/1 how I mean besides them discarding 1 card and last I checked Prowler FLIES and Overbeing of myth doesnt hmmmm.
I would play a little more White in this and also play Martyr of Sands.
You could even play Giant Growth and Might of Old Krosa plus Boggart Ram-Gang.
Hmm since you dont own any of the 6 cards that I have in my Mono Green Beat deck then I would up the number of Destinies you have to 3 and play Blanchwood Armor, Elvish Promenade,Loxodon Warhammer,Drove of Elves,Jagged scar archers,Wren's run Pacmaster/Howl of the Night Pack.
In all honesty you should really look at MY Mono Green Beats its a great deck that gives even the B/U Faeries a run for their money.
Put in 4 Keldon Marauders and take out Rite of Flame cause unless you play Blaze or Disintegrate then Rite of Flame just wont fit.

Oops my bad put in 3 Goldglow Moth and you'll have exactly 60.
You can even sideout Sudden Death or Terror's for Goldglow Moth's.
Your deck should look something like this.... 10 Swamp 10 Plains 1 Leechridden Swamp(infact you really dont need it) 4 Divinity of Pride 4 Martyr of Sands(wicked 2nd turn drop for tons of life) 4 Aven Riftwatcher 4 Knight of the Meadowgrain 3 Sudden Death 3 Terror 4 Recumbent Bliss(Never 4get to gain your 1 life per turn) 3 Pollen Lullaby(helps keep you life at bay) 3 Unmake 3 Light from Within(Turn 5 Divinity is a 9/9 Lifelink Flyer WHAAAT!!!!!) 1 Ajani Goldmane (Up your life)
Ok this deck is easy to fix...... Ive built so many decks from all of the colours.... This deck doesnt need 30 land for one thing cut it to 22 land 10 Swamps 10 Plains and 2 Leechridden Swamp and the one of arent good and you wont need them.
