Neat idea, don't know that I'd run 4 hand of Emrakul though possibly search for some other good options for high value sacable creatures that do things like make tokens when they die and probably an easier to activate sac outlet, 2 of each perhaps. Mogg War Marshal for example gets you 3 bodies for 2 mana. Viscera Seer will help you find more things to sacrifice while acting as a sac outlet. Bloodghast is a card that fits vampire theme for you and can be either a beater OR a sac as it'll come back every time you play a land. Reassembling Skeleton, Squee, Goblin Nabob or Squee, the Immortal can all be good options too. They turn mana into bodies essentially.

Those are both solid picks even if Dredging is a bit slow.
I'll put that down as a non-budget upgrade suggestion because It's a more expensive card than anything else I put in the deck by a fair margin. It IS a good pick though. Same reason it's not running Heroic intervention or the like.
That's a great card, a bit high cost but it's not like I'm lacking ramp. Seems like it would be fantastic removal and burn if needed, for the win con.
those are good picks I was just mucking around.
Lacks mushroom and snakes.
the MLD is sort of the theme of the deck itself. Got a better commander for that concept rather than suggesting building THIS commander differently? I chose Windgrace for it so I could recover easily from the MLD.
Robe of the ArchmagiSosuke's SummonsPatagia ViperAt a glance those are the only cards I see that I'd want to try to get into this. Seems light on land but always very skittish about running sub 30+ ramp.
yeah it's my second real take on a modern equipment deck that's not wildly expensive. It has however kicked a neuron to get me thinking about just using guys that equip for free and 0/1 cost equipment to load up the field.
Not a bad idea at all.
Good point. I put in Belligerent Guest and am weighting trying to work in Vampire's Kiss
Oh actually Flame Jab, and or Oona's Grace. Throes of Chaos wouldn't be bad either... Hrm.
Right, Manamorphose?
Arclight Phoenix is a great pick. I think I'll just ditch Volt Charge all together with it and add Grapeshot since it's better synergy and I don't need the 3 damage as much as the triple cast trigger.
I was just trying to hit 3 mana for turn 2 but you're likely right that I don't need more mana than that.
I've made some edits (some newer cards available since I built this, like Cast Down is just better than Bone Splinters). I gave up on the Alters Reap not great in my meta and if it was I'd get Deadly Dispute Instead, what I find I need though is a beater that doesn't rely on creatures in opponents yard (hey Gurmag) and way to go wide in one card (Diregraf Horde). I don't need this all the time and wouldn't want to flood on either so they're each 2 ofs.
I like it, budget and aggro AF, could use a bit more removal and maybe some protection looking at Chaos Warp, Anguished Unmaking, Crackling Doom, Generous Gift, Despark, and Boros Charm. best not to be TOO all in.
What about it exactly? It's there.
I assume Kalonian Tusker made the list as some sort of error?
There's about 13 non-humans and 12 humans so plenty of triggers this may be a pretty good add, sorry I took almost a year to notice this comment LOL been a weird year. Plus of course wolf and ally tokens to trigger, yeah this could be good.
