Would you consider some value creatures like Primal Druid, and Viridian Emissary in order to have early blockers, targets for Rancor even to force your opponent to kill them. It gets your ramp going and gives you a blocker, or even potential removal sponge to lead into your big beasts.

Good catch, I am fairly certain that was a vault screw up. Thanks. As I'm super short on removal, I'll go back to what I had been using in my top end slot, Mold Shambler.
Forgot about bob... that's a good pick.
Totally missed the TL tag, had searched Commander.
Metallic Mimic can choose Thopter, as can Adaptive Automiton, resulting in yes more, and larger thopters. I'd consider rocks that produce blue or colorless like Sky Diamond, and Mind Stone, Warden of the Wall, Everflowing Chalice, as well as a Seat of the Synod, and Darksteel Citidel. Unstable Obelisk is neat and acts as potential removal as well.Anything that draws cards on artifact etb or otherwise artifact related (Reverse Engineer is surprisingly strong here), Thoughtcast, you caught Riddlesmith but not Vedalken Archmage. Era of Innovation even powers up fast, and if you're using energy for anything else can be a great generator rather than just card draw. Quicksmith Spy is neat, might even net you a handful of draw. Serum Tank is another solid bit of accelerant.
That's a super interesting idea, abuse planeswalkers who have great small - abilities. Plus of course creatures with ETB triggers.
Plus 8 ways to bring them back (12 total returning), and 8 ways to draw (12 total draws), and 8 decent removal.
I see your point, that's a solid pick. After drawing a few hands, I really like how this flows now. Creatures non-stop and a very stable boardstate that can keep going.
It's Pauper, so there's that.
Cause it does something when it dies, and the whole premise is suiciding your guys and bringing them back to do it again.TBH this is a format I have VERY little exposure to but have always liked the idea of.
I threw together a pauper option for this. Seems like it would have a good chance of overwhelming an oponent.https://www.mtgvault.com/andarious/decks/pauper-zombie-sacrifice/
You've got two Phyrexian Rebirth in there. Maybe replace one with a Kor Spiritdancer.
Howling Mine and Font of Mythos are interesting in this deck. Spells like Prosperity, Fascination, and Skyscribing can also be big bombs.
Here's my decklist, I like this concept a lot, for the same reason I like Doran as a Commander. It messes with the scale of the game a lot. https://www.mtgvault.com/andarious/decks/modern-assault-formation-budge/
I'd actually say he's not a good SB card, might make an OK bomb but tbh he's not that big a deal when you can do things like Mizzium Skins and Tower Defense with potentially a big ball of creatures.
Azami, Lady of Scrolls (maybe as a 1 of, since you've got Wizards o plenty to draw from)Shielded Aether Thief (Surprisingly good as a 0/4 flash and can draw you cards)Eternal of Harsh TruthsRiver HoopoeSygg, River CutthroatTomorrow, Azami's FamiliarOf course you've always got the option of sorcery (or possibly instant) based draw.
I like that you can use Muddle the Mixture to tutor out Assault Formation or Tetsuko, took a minute to catch that. Should be pretty consistent. Would still like to see some draw added though.
That's 4 color. Look at Devour Flesh though.
Ahh OK so you expanded the format as well. Keep in mind you'd be facing even more absurd decks in a competative environment.
