Thanks! It may not look to be very budget, but I pulled all of the cards so it really didn't cost me much of anything to throw together.

Yeah...Planeswalkers are expensive, but I just love the justice league theme.

At least the 4 Culling the Weak.

However, I would also eliminate the following in addition. 4 Ornithropter (or memnite, but Memnite is better here IMHO), 4 Blood Tribute, 4 Night Whispers and 4 Essence Harvest. Then add Sign in Blood (3 copies) to round out to 60 cards.

60 card decks generally function much better, more chances of pulling off your combo, and less chance of not having the mana you so desperatly need with so many high CMC cards.

Sign in blood is way better than Night Whispers. You can set off your combo with it and the double black cost is no problem for mono black!

Grab Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor if you an find them. They play out faster than the Diabolic Tutor (but are much more expensive cards as a result).

BTW I would do the following:

-2 Artillerize
+2 Fling

Its up to you, but ther tutor spells are more precise

Yeah, but you need to make sure you have those enchantments on the board. Demonic Tutor, Enlightened tutor, Diabolic tutor...ect

When they target poor flayer with pillar you could always throw fling or artillerize, or heck, even thunderous wrath on the stack. That way it comes back and has it's effect.

Thats what Altar's Reap, Bone Splinters, and Demon lord of Ashmouth are for. TRhanks for the comment though!

Thanks! Normaly I play edh, thats why I don't have a lot of playsets of cards (and expensive cards that aren't great in edh are usually trade fodder...i.e. no Snapcasters).

lol, yeah, my plan is to try and get a hold of more of the better cards friday at the shop. I will throw in what I can. The cyclonic rifts have playtested best in the sideboard so far.

Planning on plying this at FNM. Suggestions?

Yeah, those bullet points interlock and work together. You would have to make the host of changes for most of the individual points to make sense.

I guess it'll do until you have to play me again though...I do like my boardwipes. =)

Idk, I would stay at that shop. If you keep playing with guys that good, you will get better as a result. Keep at it and I am sure you can start winning.
