I would suggest you to put more lands in this deck though (2 - 3 more?) because your mana costs aren't exactly the lowest...

This is really cool!
The first time I've ever seen a monored equipment deck.
A few suggestions though.
Wild Guess is better than Dangerous Wager in this deck (being monored)
Skitter of Lizards can be better than Raging Goblin, since you're not running tribal.
Also, you only have 12 creatures. Since this is going to be a creature-focused deck (equipment can't function without creatures)
I would suggest adding in a few more creatures. Goblin Bushwhacker can be nice in this deck.

Overall, awesome job! I really liked the deck!

I feel like you need more Tribal Support in this deck...
What about Bonds of Faith instead of Pacifism? It has more versatility.
Maybe you can get some ideas from my old rusted human deck?

It is modern legal, but it doesn't get the bonus +2/+2 from Tempered Steel.

I understand where you're coming from, but I have Basilica Guards there as a defender too. It's 4 toughness can hold out against some creatures -- it buys time for me to drop Debt or Exsanguinate.

Sure, you'll have more than 60 cards, but with all the dredge action going on, that shouldn't be a problem.
