You could use a few Undiscovered Paradise to trigger Bloodghast...

Agent of fates is in there because somehow it has one of the best p/t vs. mana cost (I don't get why but hey... Wizards does some weird stuff)
Reconnaissance seems like awesome idea! :D
Although won't the blocker be automatically destroyed during the first strike damage step?
