Never heard of cube drafting, how does it work?
I know of sealed and repack, where you get either 3 sealed booster packs or repacks, pick one card out of 1 pack and pass it on. When those are empty, move onto another pack and so on and so forth

I mainly play modern, but if you know anything about repack drafts, then you'll also know that they're almost always modern cards

They didn't make the rules that I know of. They just relay them as far as I know, because they're just the shop that sell some of the merchendice and hold some tournaments. They're not the head office by any means

A lot of my deck designs on here are either based on an idea, or are a deck that I've got and want to build BUT can't because of the $10+ cards in there that I can't trade for or buy

I hear that! I've also been playing for 2 years about and stopped playing in tournaments because of my lack of money and skills. Since people enter $1000 dollar decks into local tournaments and pwn everybody who has a deck that can be paid with a singular note

Change it for modern then.....
If the deck is mainly Innistrad, think about modern. Plus there are a LOT more options than standard
