I know all about the use of control and bur decks. Also other infect decks have the potential of beating each other. Although most of the time, it comes down to who goes first

BUT, Mutagen growth can be paid with 2 life. ALL decent infect decks either do or have them. Although Ranger's Guile is good maybe swap them in over Go for the Throat

In the end, without populate, the Druid's Deliverence just becomes a mana expensive Fog

But I see your point. But based on history, they'll remake Evolving Wilds. It use to be Terramorphic Expanse, back in time spiral, but was remade into evolving wilds at about rise of the eldrazi

Although, the cards that he has are just as useful. Instead of just preventing combat damage, they have to re-cast the creatures opening them for being manascrewed and/or countered (even though there is no counter in the deck)

Technically yes. It does have "Whenever" in it. This does mean that when your creature hits, it reactivates from exile as an ability of the spell
Amongst other things, it can be extorted, countered and counts as playing a spell

Sorry to end the streak of just likes, but I'd find a substitute to Orzhov Basilica. So the entire deck is standard, not just 1 card. Other than that, this could be a fun deck to play!

Not very. Trust me on that one. The only time that you DO get him out on the field is a next turn win. But the mana cost is WAY to specific and the life loss is just too hard to use him effectively
You're better off with Exava over Rakdos. AND she's cheaper, but you won't be able to use her 3rd ability

Moar creatures. I play 12 in all of my compedative decks, and some people tell me that its too little. And I don't even have Noble Heirarch!
The risk that you run with low amount of creatures, it that they'll remove them and you're screwed. A real game changer for me is Phyrexian Crusader!

I see the point of having 4 Shred-Freaks, but I'd replace 2 of them for Spike Jesters. As they're much better!

Infect is awesome. But it can be really mean.
Some decks can still kill you before you can get out Merlia
You should find a substitute for Green Sun's Zenith because of its banned status.
As an Infect player, I can see just HOW mean it can be. People moan when I try to verse them with it some days
